It's was a really good rooms species washroom it's neat and clean staffs are very friendly service are nice and one of thing there are management who manage it's was a lady the name of suparna it's just woow they are available into minutes do you have any problem it's amazing so I am suggesting to all of you when you arrived in Karol bagh stay in hotel gold inn comfortable neat and clean room good location and market area Ajmal Khan main market

I want to give 3 but the hotel management makes us satisfied with the solution. But i think it was done because of old knowing. If the company mmt confirmed a booking, how can there no rooms are available?

Worst hotel ever stayed in. The photos of the hotel is totally the opposite. Smelly rooms n unhygienic washroom which worst then public toilets. Dont opt for breakfast as the hotel does not have a kitchen

Everything is broken in the bathroom and there is no water bottle also. Hot water is not 24 hours so last night we could check in only after 2 am n wanted to take bath n sleep but we couldn't do it as no hot water available at that time. Only from 2 am to 11. 30 am i am paying for 1 day without these facilities.

They accept my booking through make my trip and then when we reached at the hotel they said they don't have rooms available, when i said that my booking is paid then t hay transferred us to other hotel with poor facility

The property is good but under construction. Few things require fixing. The staff is extremely helpful and nice.
