The hotel was quiet, very clean, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is very good, it is all natural and a la carte. The yard is very big with grass and nature but the hotel is very small, only 6 rooms i think. There are chickens and goats nearby that kids adore. There are bikes that you can take for free and wander around. I very much enjoyed my 7 days stay there. Of course every day during day time, i was away to different cities but at night i slept there and it was so relaxing. The city of Cento is small, not quite big but it has its attractions. We stayed in the Venice room and it was one of the biggest hotel rooms i have ever stayed in. We did not really like the lights in the room but everything else in the room was perfect including a medium size fridge in a non apartment room. The hotel has an elevator that serves only 5 rooms (in one building) it is incredible. There was one night that all the hotel was ours : you have keys to everything, hotel, room, gate, etc. So much quiet. There was one night that they had a party in the yard but only with jazz, very quiet music and the music only to 10:00 PM. There is a pool, Italian style. It was cold in October but very nice for other months. The owner and his family are always there.

This family owned and run hotel is lovely and is centrally located for discovering the beautiful city of Ferrara, Italy. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The associates (often family members) at the front desk were extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants, galleries and salons. The included breakfast buffet was generously supplied with a multitude of choices including fresh juices. We were able to walk the entire town and to enjoy a Medieval celebration in the piazza of the castle directly in front of the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful visit! Diane and Alejandro Lopez

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel una sola notte, io e il mio compagno siamo venuti da Roma per un concerto all' Arena Parco Nord, la posizione per noi è stata perfetta perché in 5 minuti eravamo sul posto. La camera è bellisisma, moderna e pulita, idem il bagno con doccia grande. Unico neo la moquette a terra, io non la amo. La colazione è buonissima e molto varia. Consigliato.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 week. Our experience with Radisson hotels is big, we stayed in different ones but Radisson Ferrara was something special! Clean, light and warm. Relatively close to many destinations like Venice, Bologna, Verona and even San Marino (just 1h 50 min drive). The restaurant positively surprised us with tasty food and a good selection of wines. But I would like to especially mention our waiter - Ionel. He’s a very kind, knowledgeable and positive person who served us all week long. He always knows what to offer us from the wines as an addition to the food, what kind of places to see around the hotel and was always ready to help with everything. Thank you, Ionel! On first approach, it was clear to see that this hotel is quite far out from the city centre however explains why the prices are a lot cheaper. My partner and I stayed here in July 2022 for 4 nights and I must admit, we loved the room and overall feel of the hotel. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. We slept amazingly!! If it was just based on rooms alone, we would give this hotel five stars. However… We booked this hotel mainly because it had a pool. When we asked about the pool, we were informed we needed to book a 1 hour slot if we wanted to use it during that day. This was due to covid measures which were still in place at the hotel. So we did. Booked a 1 hour slot for the pool the following evening. When we arrived at the pool on the lower level, we noticed that the changing rooms were locked and the showers were turned off…due to Covid. Now I would typically understand some reasoning for certain covid rules but this just seemed ridiculous. A couple who were using the pool in the hour slot before us informed us to use the small shower cubicle to get changed as this had a frosted glass door on it and is the only bit of privacy you get down there. So we did! We ended up booking the pool out another two times on our stay but as reception advised following our first pool visit, get changed in your rooms then head down to the pool (assuming you don’t need to get the key from reception to unlock the pool). Towels were provided by poolside although on the first day, there was only one towel left for the two of us. On my final visit to the pool on the morning before we left, I had to go to reception in my swimming trunks because the pool was locked. Something I felt uncomfortable doing in the first place but as there was no changing facilities and the towels were locked by poolside, I reluctantly went to reception where the man behind the desk got angry at me being there in my swimming trunks. Simple solution would be to open up the changing facilities down by poolside to prevent this but hey, that was too obvious. Upon pointing out the fact that the changing facilities in his hotel were locked because they won’t open them due to Covid (which he should have known), he eventually calmed down and mentioned he understood. On our visit we also used the electric bikes which were at reception for a full day at the cost of €25 per bike per day. The system is far to complicated for what it needs to be and should be made simpler by just having reception deal with the booking. Once eventually booked, we were given the keys to the 2 bike locks, helmets and some netting for our hair (another odd covid measure which doesn’t make much sense as you will sweat through the netting anyway). As I was away to take the bikes out, I noticed that all four tyres were flat. Surely this should be inspected by the staff before the bikes are taken out?! Unfortunately staff appeared clueless on what PSI the tires had to be at and as he pumped up the first

I stayed for only one night with only stay. The location is exceptional. In the centre of the castle. A few problems for parking, resolved shortly. The room assigned to me was for people with disabilities. The receptionist was very kind and immediately made me a new room which was very comfortable and clean.
