This week, the restaurant staff, especially David Kookie and Jessica Voh, waited on the 100+ customers each day they had breakfast here. Besides the fact they served so many people at once, my husband and I were amazed at the effectiveness they demonstrated. They prepared the breakfast area with polished silverware, fresh coffee, replenished serving bowls with fresh fruit, sustained clean tables while keeping attentiveness with coffee refills and table checking for each of them with positive and respectful attitudes. They deserve much credit along with the rest on on staff this past week keeping pace with such volume of customers while staying cheerful.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and worried a lot for us about finding our passports. He is such a kind person. He stayed for four days and had breakfast. Parking is also free, which is very good. I will continue it next time.

Stayed 4 nights visiting family. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good, hot and different every day. It was close to many amenities and good restaurants but far enough from the highway to be peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.

Unbelievably bad service by Taylor, Front Desk Manager/Supervisor. When we came back to our room at the end of the night there were issues immediately. There was a missing lightbulb in one of the light fixtures, only one TINY trash can in the entire room, and the video cable for the TV was nonexistent. Along with the room just feeling like it was in disrepair, and had not received a deep cleaning in some time. These maintenance issues were remedied. The manager on duty at the time, a gentleman, was very accommodating and kind. As was the gentleman that came to the room, this would have been the night of April 21, 2022. Around 10PM when the complaint was placed. We did our best to enjoy our stay in the TINY overpriced and frankly not entirely clean room the best we could. The day before checkout another kind manager gave us a late checkout for the next day. I wish I had remembered his name, though I did not know I would be writing this review until the night of 5/12/2022, this evening. We noticed what turned out to be an improperly placed smoking charge on our card. We called to discuss our dispute with the manager on duty at the hotel. This evening, 5/12/2022, at approximately 7 PM. Taylor answered the phone. She was the manager on duty. She explained that the charge was for smoking in the room and that there was some sort of evidence in the room. I made it clear my wife and I don’t even smoke and asked for said evidence. Taylor immediately became argumentative and told me that “you can take that up with your credit card company”. I explained that I had worked in the hotel industry (I was a manager for a hotel company in San Diego some years ago) and that it is blatantly clear when someone had smoked in a room and that they must have gotten the room wrong she repeated that I would “have to take it up with them” and then she HUNG UP THE PHONE. She hung up on us. I called back, asked for her manager, she indicated that she was the manager and I tried to continue the conversation, asking why she had hung up on me. She said “because I was stating a fact and there is no dispute”. I explained that it is indeed a dispute, over the opinion of the hotel being I smoked in a room I hadn’t smoked in. SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. I called back, asking for the name of her General Manager. She said his abbreviated first name, and told me to talk to him in the morning and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I decided it might be nice to have his full name, given the fact that the issue had now become about her service, and not the fee, and that I wanted to make sure I talked to the right person. I called back, just asking for his last name, she HUNG UP on me again, I called back a final time, again asking for her managers name, and she again hung up on me. I called the neighboring property and obtained the General Managers full name. I placed a call with corporate customer support and opened a case regarding Taylor’s service. All was as expected at this level of hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were super friendly and available to assist if needed. Some if the clients were sketchy but that is everywhere these days. Lastly, if you are a dog owner pick up your dogs poop. How can you expect hotels to open up the door for you and your pup when you won't clean up after them, do you expect them to change your kids diapers too.

Hotel was really really clean! I arrived almost 10 hours late so I went to check in and was told all rooms are booked! It was Memorial Day weekend and a lot of people came into town. I pre paid so I felt cheated. Turns out my hotel key and paperwork were already there when I gave her my name. She had made sure our room was available and handed me the key with no issues. Best service ever! I have had overbooked rooms that I reserved through an app before leave me stranded. This was great for me as it would have been a huge inconvenience since it was 5am

Nice hotel. Very clean! The attitude is not bad! Will stay next time

Our trip was for a 3 night stay in Highlands Ranch, CO from NJ for a family event. We arrived at 1:20pm tired and hungry, and asked if we could check in early. Room not ready (understandable as a lot of places in the service industry are short handed) but, ok, we will go find somewhere to eat. Front desk attendant was helpful in that aspect. We returned at 2:40 and still not ready. We waited in the lobby for an HOUR and 15 minutes to FINALLY get our room! That was close to an hour and 1/2 PAST the check in time. While waiting I was looking up other places in the area to stay but to no avail as there were events in the area that sold out local hotels. The front desk staff were very substandard for a Hilton. Very unprofessional and my sister and I said our trip would have been paid for in full if we had a dollar for every time they said,”I’m sorry or I apologize” to, not only us, but to other guests, we could over hear while we waited over an hour to check in. Also, “ I will have to ask my manager but he/she isn’t here.” We heard that one a few times during our stay and passing by the desk. I don’t know that a manager was ever present. After 2 confrontations with the front desk we finally were able to check in. I have stayed at other Home2 Suites in other states and none of them were as bad as this one! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (pillows were a little too soft for my liking). HOWEVER…the bed had a top sheet, a thin blanket(what I thought it was) and a bedspread. After the first night I realized what I thought was a thin blanket was actually a DUST RUFFLE between the top sheet and the bed spread!! (Picture attached) Who uses a dust ruffle as a blanket??!! When we pulled out the couch bed we could not locate the bedding for it. After a trip to the front desk and asking a very rude young woman (spoke to me like I was a 5 yr old) where the bedding is located I returned to make the bed. They give you a fitted sheet, a top sheet, a thin cotton blanket, and NO pillow cases! The bathroom was fine and no problems with the shower but don’t expect any room cleaning service or fresh towels! We had to go to the incompetent front desk staff again and ask for towels and more toilet paper. The breakfast is still using Covid precautions with no hot food other than Oatmeal packets and individually wrapped breakfast sandwiches that you have to heat up in the VERY DATED microwave. The fruit was bananas and oranges and if you didn’t get there before 7:30 you weren’t getting any fruit! We managed through our 3 night stay but we will not return to this one again. The hotel is in a great location but that is really all it had going for it in my opinion!
