"We had booked this hotel for our boys team state baseball tournament. Overall good hotel, boys loved the pool. Breakfast was good. Waffles were the best part. Carpet looks newer. Just a couple things in our room 317-there was a sticky spot on carpet in between the 2 double beds that I kept forgetting about until I stepped in it. The room itself was clean and the bedspreads and room itself was updated to look more modern from the not so appeasing hotel pics I saw online. The canvas paintings above the bed were beautiful and modern. The bathroom doesn't have a vent & is smaller. The tub wasn't overly clean. Almost seems like the maintenance rolled a type of white paint over the floor of the tub that is starting to fade. The shower curtain had a few spots on it--but I've never been a fan of hotels with these cloth shower curtains that are used for everyone and probably rarely get removed and washed. The faucet in the bathroom sink had no pressure--just like 4 sprays of water-made it hard to brush your teeth. It's probably something that the maintenance man could fix but I wasn't there long enough to ask about it. The hotel staff came in every day to remove our old towels on the floor and replaced very neatly with new towels. They removed the garbage. It was nice to come back to the hotel to this cleanliness from the hotel staff. Overall it was a good stay. They even had a washer and dryer (bring quarters) to do a load of the teams uniforms for the 3rd day of tournament."

"Their phones do not work. Due to unexpected travel issues I was not able to make it to the hotel the first night. I tried calling before by 7 times. They never picked up. Instead of them confirming before canceling my reservation that was paid for in advance they just canceled. By the time I got there the 2nd night the hotel was sold out. So at 11pm I was forced to try to find another hotel in a very popular night. Tried 5 other hotels before find another. Very disappointed in a terrible business with horrible customer service."

"This hotel is FILTHY. F.I.L.T.H.Y. The halls are covered in paint chips that have not been vacuumed up in who know how long. The bathroom was so dirty I almost couldn't use it; the tub itself was unusable. I choose to be stinky rather than step foot into the bathtub. No way to tell when the bathroom floor has last been mopped... There were blotches of dirt? squashed bugs? who knows what? on all of the interior walls. The front desk staff was quite nice; friendly and helpful."
