broken items in room beds are matts not mattresses. Tub had dirt grime and yuck in it. Loud other guests, appears to be housing long term rentals. Charged me more that ******* had charged already!

There were all sorts of children and people in the corridor outside of the room quite a bit of the time. The heater sounded like a tank, and the toilet only flushed if you took the top off of the tank.

It was good. Didn’t need anything fancy, but the room only had 1 garbage can and it was tiny. The room needed some work, but we just needed a place to sleep for the night so it was OK.

This hotel is disgusting. I realize it’s a budge hotel but it smells like cat urine, the front desk was not open and took multiple calls to get checked in, and we saw a homeless person as well as some kind of car wrecker. Our room is not clean and has multiple poorly patched walls. We are just passing through on a long road trip so it’s not worth changing but we will not be showering here or staying again :(

This has to be one of the most miserable stays to kick off the new year! I travel for work nearly every weekend. However this time my water heater went out so I opted for a hotel room finally. There was absolutely NO hot water at the hotel the entire time I was there.
I informed both the front desk and another attendant however they were more concerned with checking my room to see if it was damaged or if they could give me back my deposit.
I slept there only one night because when I woke up I had bites all over my body! Legs, arms and mid section were covered in bug bites. Of course there was still no hot water to shower.
It was disgusting! I packed up and left as quickly as I could. I contacted ********** about the problems with the hotel. The fact was I didn’t need a room I needed hot water. I lived a few minutes away.
The hotel was contacted and had no response and took no responsibility!
DO NOT STAY HERE!
Poor Service!
BUGS! BUGS! BUGS!
