Great resting place, one particular staff member did not make me feel welcomed,on two occasions her conversations towards me were not constructive.

The staff was so friendly and accomodating. The hotel is new and in great condition and clean. Only wish it was a more wakable area. There is a mall across the highway.....you have to follow the road underneath the overpass to get there, so not overly convenient.

Nice new hotel, friendly staff, room was nice. Breakfast was fairly basic, like most hotels. Lots of parking. Well lighted.

I had issues with the HVAC in my room on arrival. The staff took action to address the issue in a way that I found very fair and appropriate.

Sheets were rough, and pillows were flat. Heater did not work and the sink stopper was broken. We asked for towels, sheets and pillows 4 times with no results. We were told someone would come fix the heater and it never happened. We will not be booking this hotel in the future.

The experience was overall good. The only takeaway is if you get to breakfast one hour of ending. More than likely get scraps.
