The house is divided on three levels. Guests, at most two, stay at the first. Common entrance. Absolute privacy and independence for guests from the rest of the house equipped with wifi fiber. On the second and third level there is only one person, the owner. He is fluent in 3 foreign languages besides Italian (English, Spanish, French) and is very easy going. He loves traveling and hosting people from Italy or abroad. Breakfast is not included, but for those who book for more than three nights the owner reserves them the possibility of a mini breakfast in the morning.
Tiziana, the prorieptaria, has recently created this guest room with en-suite bathroom (works finished in March 2022) and at really advantageous economic conditions for travelers. She herself has traveled a lot and knows what it means in economic terms to find a central, quiet, autonomous and above all comfortable and safe place.
At the discretion of the owner (it is therefore not a rule of the house) some guests, when possible, are offered Italian coffee in the morning even for less than three nights, while others may sometimes be invited to climb up onto the terrace on the third. level to have a chat in the evening, possibly drinking a glass of good Sicilian wine together. However, I repeat, it is not a house rule. It depends a lot on work commitments, on the degree of communicability, on the guests' programs, on the time that can be dedicated to social activities and on the disposition of the host. In any case, the basic offer is guaranteed. The glasses are however available in the room upon request of the guests. Cheers!
