Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time. Dinner was ok and breakfast a lot better. It seems that the best facilities are reserved for the high rollers. We were invited to the hotel previously and had a fantastic meal in the main building however this time we left dissatisfied and won’t go back to stay.

Her yıl düzenli okarak geldiğimiz otelde Esra hanımın ilgisi misafirperverliği ve güler yüzü için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Otelin yenilenmesi ve tadilatları yapılmakta villalar daha modern ve şık. Konum ve manzara olarak kıbrıs en güzel yerlerinden biri.

Otelin içinde değişiklikler yapılmış. Resepsiyon yenilenmiş, kumarhane büyütülmüş ve yeni odalar eklemek için inşaat devam ediyor. Hizmet kalitesi hep aynı yemekler biraz daha iyileşmiş en azından et çeşitleri daha fazla ve lezzetli. Ama odalar bakımsız. Otelin yapısı berbat en üst tarafta yeni binada kaldım ben restauranttan odaya acayip dik bir yokuş çıkarak gidiyorsunuz ve mesafe uzak biraz daha yaşlı bir insanın yürümesi mümkün değil. Kumarhane bir binada restaurant başka binada odalar başka bir yerde bütün otel yaşantısı bir yere ulaşmak için yürürken geçiyor. İlk girişte odada mini bar boştu odada sadece bir şişe su vardı odaya akşam yemeğinden çıkınca restauranttan su götürmek zorunda kaldım. Sonraki gün oda görevlisine odaya fazla su bırakır mısınız diye rica ettiğimde lütfedip 2 tane su bırakmıştı. Restaurantta şef garsona karşıdan bu masaya servis açar mısınız diye işaret ediyorum bana önünden geçen garsonu gösteriyor garsona söyle diye, bana göstereceğine sen söylesene şu masaya servis açılacak diye. Aynı paraya farklı alternatifleri değerlendirmek en mantıklısı bence.

The sea and infinity pool area was great! The guest relations manager Esra and her team Sina and Şerife were very helpful and diligent. Esra checked on us multiple times during our stay and tried her best to gave us a great holiday experience, which she did! Ugur from reception was very helpful, tried to gave us the best room fit for our needs. Our room is very clean. Also huge thanks to Hasan, Yakup and Umar from F&B, they tried their best to feel us welcomed.

Kuzey Kıbrıs’ın en samimi ve en güler yüzlü çalışanları olan otellerinden biri. Hizmet kalitesi tartışmaya kapalı. Tatil yaptığınızı tam anlamıyla hissediyorsunuz. Özellikle F&B personelleri işini severek yaptığı belli oluyor. Restorandan Ahmet Bey’e, cabanalarda görevli İbrahim Bey’e ve Asaduj Bey’e çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle yaz bitmeden tekrar geleceğiz. Tavsiyedir
