방은 깨끗하고 서비스는친절합니다. 중심거리에서 가장 위쪽에있지만, 5분이면 올라갈수있어서 신경쓰이지않습니다. 산이랑 가깝지만 벌래는못봤습니다. 빠르고 편한 세탁서비스를 제공하고 아침 펜케익이 기억에남습니다.

We had an exceptional experience with both the service and hospitality at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. They were incredibly helpful in assisting us with booking various trips and excursions around Cat Ba Island. Not only were they knowledgeable about the best activities in the area, but they also offered rates that were more affordable than those at the town’s booking offices, which was a pleasant surprise. This attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction really enhanced our trip. Every interaction we had with the staff was positive—they were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions we had. We felt genuinely cared for during our time here, and it’s clear that the hotel prioritizes providing a top-quality experience for its guests. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cat Ba Island for its excellent service, warm atmosphere, and outstanding staff.

Great location only a 10 minute walk from the main centre of Cat ba. The rooms were clean and well kept but the main thing that made our stay was the staff. Mr Dong was incredibly accommodating and helped us book day trips and gave us some great recommendations. He even booked us a coach to ninh binh which picked us up directly from the hotel. We would highly recommend to anyone who is hoping to do day trips or is stopping off in Catba as part of a bigger trip!

We stayed at The Wonder Hotel 2 times. The staff and manager are very friendly and always willing to help! The hotel offers various services, such as laundry service, tours and motorbike rental. There is a heated swimming pool on the roof. The breakfast is sufficiently extensive. There is a chef who bakes fresh eggs. When we came back the 2nd time, we even got a room upgrade because we chose them again! If we could give one point for improvement, it would be that they could expand/renew their fitness area.

We ventured to Cat Ba to do a day of hiking as well as to visit La Han Bay. We sought a cheap and cheerful hotel and we got what we paid for. The hotel and room were clean upon check-in, the staff were friendly, and bed was comfortable. The hotel is up the hill from the main drag and we selected this location because we had heard that the main strip can be noisy. The pros: - comfortable bed -helpful, friendly staff - new and clean - the rear-view rooms face the back garden area and have a lovely outlook - the pool The cons - no safe in the room - the rooms facing the street can be noisy - breakfast is very basic, there is no pho which we expected at a minimum - laundry service is offered, but should be weighed in front of the customer. - aggressive dogs protecting their territory next door

Hotel at the central , near many good restaurant and convenient go to any where you want . The room is nice style, huge and comfotable .Staff are kind and friendly to help us made a good tour to Lan Ha Bay, bus to Sapa..etc
