Service was absolutely amazing. Staff helped out so much with holding luggage. And let us take our time for check out.

Was my very first time staying in a premier inn. Stayed in a premier plus room on the 10th floor. For 1 night. And I must say that the room was clean and tidy as was the shower room. Bed was really comfy and the breakfast was absolutely banging. Top notch I must say

The reception area has now been removed with guests now needing to use the self check-in facilities very few staff available to assist with not a great deal of interest. The carpet in the Premier Plus room was heavily stained by bleach or cleaned with bleach but a bit unsightly.

We booked here for 3 nights sat to Tues our room was a premier plus room 906 nice size room, walk in shower, fridge, coffee machine. Staff at the check in were lovely I would say they need more staff on as the poor bloke was rushed off his feet but he coped very well. I would stay here again. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we had made plans with friends. X

We arrived Sunday, staff were very kind. We checked in then went down for evening meal which was lovely. I went to the bar and asked for a Irish Coffee, the lady said no we haven't any whiskey, so I said what about Jack Daniels on the shelf, her reply was (you can't have that) When I asked why she didn't answer. I had to request towels as there was only 1 bath towels in room. No hand towels, we were 3 guests. When we put the side lights on the electrics blew, there was a trip switch in room . So twice we used it . Morning breakfast No orange juice, they ran out. Cooked breakfast was nice but lacking other items no butter only sunflower. The fruit was squashed together and the blackberries were all gone, we went down to breakfast 9.30, so they should have supplies. One lift not working, waiting ages for lift. It is reasonable priced so I expect the bedrooms to have problems but not when I'm paying for food, I expect to have value for money. I will stay again

Great location, lovely room with everything I needed for a week away with work. Nearby NCP with discount provided by hotel was a brilliant addition. Great room, lovely staff, lots of onsite food options too, so plenty to choose from if you’d prefer not to leave the hotel in the evening.

The check in was self service and easy to use. Room was spacious and had all we needed. Yea coffee , hair dryer. Ice shower. Good location and lovely restaurant was 50 yards from the hotel( steak of the art)

Great location. Really helpful staff at reception. Thank you Matt. Room a good size with a great shower. Bit more storage space maybe? But thats a minor point. What let this hotel down? The WiFi. Slow or mostly non existent. Annoying. Would I stay here again? Yes
