The hotel was nice except that the room was very dark with no possibility to read a book, and no possibility to get another lamp. The restaurant in the hotel was bad, given bad meat called fillet and costata, at full price.We did not eat.The manager (Iena) did not agree to create spaces between the tables at our request and did not check a green pass, although the bar right next to us had a lot of people coming for a drink, and the restaurant was almost empty until late. The breakfast was very mediocre. The restaurant beong to the hotel .

Whilst this hotel has a good history and reputation, and location to the old town our travelling cyclist group of 10 only stayed due to its proximity to the finish of the queen stage of the 2024 Giro. Whilst there is an underground storage facility for cycles it could be vastly improved. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly however catering staff were gruff and not helpful at all (the hotel has seen better times.)

We stayed for 5 nights in beautiful October weather in this very good hotel. The rooms were small but quiet with comfortable beds, good bathrooms, quality towels and bedding and a kettle with tea bags and coffee. It’s well situated with lovely views from the dining room where there’s a wide breakfast selection - there were gluten free options but the continental meats, cheeses, fruit and yoghurts were a better choice. Its within easy walkable access to many restaurants in the town. The staff were extremely helpful in helping us make reservations since, not being a touristy place, we were struggling to do this on our own. It wasn’t flashy but ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay in a vey Italian setting.

This price, such a hotel is very rare. The room is large, the facilities are perfect and very comfortable. The traffic is great relative to the airport, the hotel will help to pay the car, go to the airport later, pay 20 euros by yourself.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte tramite pacchetto smart box con cena e degustazione. Hotel situato in ottima posizione, strategica per chi come noi voleva visitare la zona alla scoperta dei borghi medievali, Bassano del Grappa , Asolo, Marostica , e infine ma non per ultimo il Sacrario militare di Cima Grappa, se poi vogliamo essere puntigliosi, la posizione si è centrale del paese, ma non vi è un vero proprio movimento e/o locali. L'hotel dispone di un comodo e ampio parcheggio privato proprio davanti all'ingresso, una volta entrati sarete accolti da personale meraviglioso, professionale e disponibile a qualsiasi domanda, le camere sono confortevoli, dotate di tutti i confort che un 4 stelle può riservare, cosa ancor più importate, sono pulitissime. Se tutto ciò non vi basta, dopo aver trascorso tutto il giorno camminando per i borghi, ci siamo ”rifugiati” nella ”coccolosa” Spa, non molto grande, ma sicuramente funzionale. La cena è stata degna di un ristorante di classe, piatti di qualità con sapori delicati ma decisi al tempo stesso, tutto accompagnati da una degustazione di vini scelti personalmente dalla nostra sommelier che con professionalità di è adoperata soprattutto per l'abbinamento alle portate, oltre che presentarle. Infine, se la cena aveva soddisfatto i nostri delicati palati, la colazione che abbiamo trovato la mattina seguente è stata una bellissima sorpresa, ricca e con prodotti di qualità. Cosa possiamo dire più? se non ci siete ancora andati andateci!

Pur trovandosi in una zona d'altura, il panorama ne ripaga ampiamente la salita. Personale altamente professionale, disponibile e particolarmente cordiale. L'edificio e le stanze sono ben attrezzate. Per questo motivo il mio soggiorno, per quanto sia durato poco meno di una settimana, è stato davvero molto piacevole
