Hotel les Roches Blanches Cassis

The view is great but the staff is not attentive at all and overall the hotel is a bit tacky.

和成年兒子出行,已email飯店需兩間單人床,回答說ok 結果還是給我們一個大床,房間的小陽台完全被樹遮住,房間很小 下午3：00泳池就關閉,要為晚上dinner做準備

We have stayed at Les Roches Blanches a few times and each time it's simply magical. Nestled in the charming town of Cassis, it transports to you to a world of luxury and relaxation. Can't recommend it enough!

Amazing five star hotel! Worth every penny. The location is beautiful especially the views. Such a wonderful experience. The rooms are excellent as well. Very clean and comfortable. The food and drinks here are great too. One of a kind experience that I would highly recommend.

We chose Hotel Les Roches Blanches Cassis as the setting for our vow exchange / private wedding event. The Team was exceptional in pre-stay planning and in helping with arrangements for our special day and when onsite. The Hotel, our room and terrace were beautiful and very clean with great amenities. Room Service and our dining experiences were all excellent experiences. Highly recommend this hotel and its team. The view from our terrace and sea breeze provided the perfect ending to our two-week holiday and our small wedding/vow exchange. Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience at Spa Sisley during our stay and would not likely book services during a future stay.

I loved everything about this hotel. Our room was so comfortable and well equipped. The staff was attentive, professional and friendly. Breakfast was served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the food was delicious. You can swim and kayak right from the little platform at the hotel. Easy walk to town and Mateo, at the concierge desk, could not be more helpful. The whole experience was sublime!

The positives: - The outdoor pool area is truly spectacular, lots of lounge chair options to enjoy the view - Pool options and ocean options (swell and weather permitting) - Very clean room with a comfortable bed - Staff at Rocco very friendly, the environment at Rocco is very pleasant and the food and wine enjoyable - Good communication from concierge in advance of the trip regarding services - A ten or so minute walk into town The negatives/ opportunities for improvement - No real service in the pool outdoor areas. We generally had to ask for towels. No explanation or check in on whether we wanted to use the ocean facilities, no check in on whether we wanted to order something to eat or drink or whether that was possible, no water offered. Some of the chairs are looking tired. For a hotel of this rating I would expect at least an explanation of the ocean facilities and water service - Service felt a little cold in general and was often slow. - Breakfast service was hit and miss, there seemed to be optional hot food judging by a placard on the table but no explanation on how to ask for it and the chef seemed to not arrive until much late in the breakfast service. Some issues with flies around the cheese and cold meats section. - I believe our car was parked outside for our stay of 4 nights judging by the dirt and dust on it when we picked it up. This was not transparent. - advertised partial ocean view was non existent. Some better sound proofing would be of benefit.

This is my third stay at Les Roches Blanches, and every time I end up extending my stay when I’m there. I like it that much, and they are that good at making me be happy to be there. A very special place.
