I had a problem with the card, the attendants were not proactive in helping me, but the manager resolved it and helped me. They deserve the best rating. I could count on them. I was happy!

Despite the fact that there were certain things that weren’t good, there were good things that made up for it.
The good: Great and respectful staff and service. Clean and organized areas and hotel room. Denny’s was in the same parking lot next to this hotel. They had a workout room that I enjoyed working out in. Convenient location in Casa Grande.
The bad: I paid for a $1.50-$2.00 soda and got $0.50 back in change from the vending machine. Also, three different beverages in the vending machine I wanted were sold out. Was unable to get change from the front desk because they no longer accept cash. Could only get one channel on the TV.

The property is very quite and i felt safe during my stay. The manager(Emily) is so nice, very approachable. She allowed me to stay in breakfast room so I can have my virtual job interview.

Outrageous price for this property. $128
They double charged.
Pillows were flat, very uncomfortable.
Breakfast choices ok but no variety.
Shower was not hot. Luke warm water.
Will not recommend or stay there again.

Room and grounds were good. Breakfast was great! Couldnt get the tv to come on but didnt get anyone to look into it because we were tired anyway

The night we arrived , I asked called the front desk to let her know our TV wasn’t working. She came to help out but couldn’t figure it out herself. All night we weren’t able to watch the TV. Around 3 you could also hear people talking very loud outside the hallway . Bad experience

Our bathroom had mold in it room 138 I feel like that was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

When I booked the room several months ago I requested no stairs. We are seniors and struggle with getting luggage up stairs. The desk girl said we were on the second floor with outside stairs. I told her I had booked months in advance and had asked for no stairs. Her reply was, “Well the hotel is full and that’s life!” How rude! The king bed only had three pillows. I asked for one more. Her reply, “We’ll the hotel is full and that’s all we’ve got.” Again, rude. A charge came to my credit card and I had prepaid the room so I asked about it. Her reply, “That’s a damage deposit and we can’t figure out why it does that. You’ll probably get it removed in about 72 hours.” Really?? “Probably?” Unacceptable answer. The room was dated but we expected that as the rate was low. Spots in the bathtub were painted over with white paint. It was, however, clean.
