I was placed on the ground floor which could be very noisy for some people. Room was closed to house keeping, vending machine and other hotel function rooms.
If you are a light sleeper, I recommend to specifically ask for top floors and quite wing.
Location is 6 mins to Terminal 2, making it very convenient to go in and out to the airport.

Stayed for 1 night.
The staff was efficient and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Property overall was clean. Towels could've been bigger and softer

Our suite had some stains on the floor near the living room area and the bed room area. Very distinctive smell in the hallways. Idk if it’s the choice of deordorizer, it does not smell good at all.

The floors are gross. Walked in, lobby was nice, the rest of the room seemed clean, breakfast was great, staff was great…. But those floors…. They looked like they’d never been vacuumed. They also had stains. We didn’t take our sandals off until we were in bed for the night and put them on before getting out. It was gross but we were tired so we made it work.

In the area for an appointment so we stayed here. We have stayed all over this area (well over 60 nights this year) and this place was great. It is much better than a lot of the area hotels. The staff were friendly and kind. The place was very clean. I wish their pool was working. If you sleep light, don't book a hotel next to an airport. They even let us check in early. I was very pleased. This may be our pick.
Shortly upon approval, they sent a text to the phone thanking us for staying and saying if they can do anything to make our stay better to let them know. It was a nice touch that set them apart.

The electric stove vent screen was filthy in my room. They're was a build up of grease on stove. The freezer part in the small refrigerator have not been defrosted in along time. The manager did reduce the cost of the room when I checked out.

The king bed was very comfortable & the facility clean & welcoming. It would be nice to have nearby restaurants closer. The breakfast menu was adequate but it would be nice to have fresh fruit for cereal .

Property was available on a moments notice and close to airport after our flight was unexpectedly canceled, we were able to book a room. Facilities were pretty outdated and room smelled of residual cigarette smoke although it was a non-smoking room. Some of the electrical outlets were no operational and room was dim due to low lighting.
I was surprised about the $100 incidental fee as ive paid much less at much nicer, more contemporary hotels throughout the US.

Every member of the staff was extremely accommodating, especially because I had no luggage. Airport shuttle was very convenient and breakfast was amazing!
