I have to admit my stay at this hotel got off to a rough start. When I got into my room, I realized the air conditioning unit wasn't working, and I'm one of those people that like it cold. The front desk staff was incredible. Within an hour, they had moved me to an identical room on the same floor. They were so helpful. The rooms are very very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was more than spacious and had a high shower head, which is great for taller people. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and the staff really made the stay very nice.

overnight from a late flight into RDU from LHR. Real close to airport, very comfy bed. The hotel shows some wear, but fine for our needs,

Keith at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. The shuttle driver, Justin, was prompt to pick us up and friendly during the ride back to the hotel.

My second morning, I woke up to half the hotel being without power. The elevator did not work as well and my room was on the 4th floor. I had to walk the stairs 3 times. Very disappointing!
