The hardwood floors provide the background setting for your morning cup of coffee and evening’s spent cooking fresh fish and vegetables from the local farmers market. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.A cozy, hidden room off the kitchen has a twin trundle bed that turns into a full bed, a perfect reprieve for an afternoon nap.The open living area has vaulted ceilings, equipped with a Smart TV. A dining table sits in front of the picture window with a view of the Pacific Ocean. A fireplace provides ample heat to create a cozy feeling during the drafty winter months.The Bunk Room is equipped with four beds and has been home to many pillow-and-blanket forts. Plenty of sunlight pour in through the wall of windows.The master bedroom has a queen bed, an attached powder room, and a window that faces the beach, a perfect place to fall asleep listening to the crash of the waves and wake to the sounds of gulls.Winter Renters: during the winter months (December - March) there is a sand berm that is built in front of the house to protect the houses on the beach from winter storms.
