Coral by the Sea

Coral by the Sea was very affordable, very basic. Front desk staff was great! Rooms are dated and bathroom has zero counter space. Towels are rough. So convenient to airport, we only stayed one night.

Our family stay was a quick, one night stay. The staff was nice and we appreciated the reserved parking. However, we would not want to stay at this location more than one night. The facility is very aged and doesn't provide comfortable amenities. If we were expecting more than a couple hours of sleep, we would rather pay the higher nightly rates for a more comfortable environment.

The room is not clean , there is water in the floor of the bathroom , no parking available when I arrived around 8.30 pm . The room furniture is old , and stained , the walls and floor of the room is not clean . No coffee maker in the room , small fridge is available in the room . The location is great otherwise not recommended , I stayed only one night before my flight and got up early in the morning g and left

Sad to say this was the worst stay of my life so far from a front desk staff that doesn’t seem to care about the guest to a building that seems like he hasn’t seen an update in its life time.the sheets on the bed had stains the towels as well looked dingy and in need of change. We found dirty q-tips on the window ledge and the door into the room looks and feels like it can be opened with just a mild push overall coral by the seas is not a place I would recommend to my worst of enemies.

The property was not ckean and elevators were not working and to walk 5 flights of stairs. The shower ran all night cause it would not turn off. Would find different accommodation for a trip to a wonderful island.

The staff is super nice, attentive and friendly, especially the ones from the dinner. The facilities could use an update, everything looks old.

Bed was very comfortable, did have an elevator so that was nice. The bathroom design is terrible and the drain is in the wrong place so when taking a shower the water pooled in the bathroom and the entire floor was wet. We were there on a Friday night and the restaurant underneath the hotel played very loud music until 2:00am. The people next door didn’t have a non smoking room so we smelled their pot.

Worst experience ever in a hotel. Reeked of roach spray and even though I only stayed a couple hours so I wouldn’t be homeless they refused to give me a refund and my deposit back

I want to explain my experiences at this hotel. On JANUARY 13, 2024 when I arrived at the hotel, it was around 1 am. Luis was very nice. He did not have a room available so he gave us a handicap room 317 and tomorrow morning he will give us another. That night when we got upstairs the room was dirty (floors, walls and fridge, dusty and it had a roach. I went back down and he gave me another room 417. There was chipped paint on the bed, the toilet was not flushing, and boogers on the wall and water stains on the wall. My sisters and I could not sleep that night. The following day I went down stairs Nelson transferred us to another room on the second floor. Now this is the third room within 8 hours. This room 210 had hair on the bed and inside the fridge. Sooo I went back to Nelson and asked him for the manager. He pointed to the woman next to him. I asked her name and she looked at me with a blank stare and did not respond. However, I was able to retrieve her name from someone else and it is "Diana Martinez." Nelson noticed my frustration and felt bad for us. Thankful to him he was able to find us a 2-bedroom suite. The room clean. There was only 1 broken chair and the TV in the room was not working properly but it was way better than the other 3 that we were switch around to. As of Diana is unfortunate that as a manager you do not care and take initiative to resolve this situation. We have never go through something like this before. Thank you Nelson.
