We enjoyed PR! The hotel staff needs a LOT of customer care training. Their workout room needs new equip. Needs maintenance. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Carpets need care. The location is great. The views are spectacular. Chairs and umbrellas did not have any extra cost, which helps; however parking is 25 a day that can add up.

The staff of this hotel is the most welcoming and hospitable. The hotel is located in on of the best beaches in Isla Verde. The restaurant is one of the only restaurants in this area that is right in front of the beach. The convenience of the location, right next to the airport is a plus, specially when traveling for a short weekend.

The rooms are really outdated and smell like mildew. However the facility itself: restaurants, pool, beach, lobby, ****** all very beautiful. The actual room NOT worth what you pay for. Pick another hotel if you plan to relax in your room. If you plan to be out the entire time then go for it.

Great place to stay, everything is needed where your at. 4 pools: kiddos, toddlers, handicap/special needs & of course adults with swim up bar. But 1 Jacuzzi with no strong jets 😢 3 restaurants, ******, free water, No shuttle there & back & they only take ca$h. Other than that had a great time, staff very professional,clean. Ocean clean secluded, they bring out your chairs & umbrella 🏖️ as well. I'll be definitely going back!

Overall great stay! The food/drink service was a little slow, maybe due to spring break timing. Great beach access, has a taxi service to bring you into the area. Walkable beach, connects to other resorts. Able to walk in the area but next to busy street, has sidewalks!

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time was for a girls trip and the second a family getaway. Both times it didn’t disappoint. If you want to be on the beach with great amenities but an Uber ride away from old San Juan and the placitas this is the perfect location. I would also recommend one of their excursions. Would absolutely stay again.

There was a ridiculously loud outdoor party in a gazebo adjacent to our room— music blaring until 11pm and we were traveling with 2 sick children. Only when I called ******* were our complaints addressed. We will never return, never recommend and possibly never stay at a Marriott hotel again. I know there is always one review that looks like someone is just being cranky- but when you travel internationally with sick kids and 3 complaints fall on deaf ears- makes me want the entire stay refunded. Just horrible service.
