Rose at the front desk did a great job in trying to help correct the many problems. First, the carpets were so dirty that my white socks were soiled black from all the dirt. I then made sure I wore shoes constantly. Two, the bed was not made every day, they missed 3 days. On one of those days I found housekeeping and asked them to make it up. Third, every time the television was turned off, the cable signal was lost. Rose came to help us 3 times and then showed me how to reset it. I had to undo a cable in the back of the tv every time for it to reset. Fourth, the pool and part of the property were under construction. This information should have been shared by your website. Finally, The photo online showing a charming continental breakfast area does not reflect the current reality of the situation. A basket was placed outside your door every morning with cereal, milk, yogurt or fruit or orange juice. This was basic and not really appealing after several days.
