Building is old and not maintained. Rooms are old and not clean (dirt on the floor etc). A hotel to avoid.

Room was dirty, toilet ran over and bathtub/jacuzzi looked ok. Afer filling it up and starting the jets filled the water up with all kinds of green/brown dirtyness. So after reporting this the receptionist just told us sorry nothing I can do, speak to the manager on monday. Not acceptable, we left the hotel. We expect more after paying 180 euro. Dont go here... therese better hotels in the area as we sxperienced.

They lady that checked us in was rude because she couldn’t do her nightly audit until I checked in but I gave them the time of arrival

None of the telephones work in the rooms and also there is a huge gap between the floor the doors leading into the hotel rooms and it causes huge drafts of cold air to come in…. on top of that, I thought I had left my iPad charger in the room and the guy behind the counter, gave me an attitude and would not even go check in the room.. he said if housekeeping would’ve found it, they would’ve brought it.. I said, can we go check he said he was too busy..

The Hotel was perfect for my 3 days stay while attending the Stadium series games at metlife. Very close to the stadium and a block away from Redds a bar/restaurant that offers a $15 shuttle service to and from the game. They get you in and out within 15 minutes. The Bus stop out front took me into NYC for $4.50. The Hotel was not fancy like a Marriott but the room was clean the beds were comfortable. I was suprised to see all the bad reviews. Things must have changed because it could not have worked out better.

we don't feel comfortable or welcomed by the receptionist the microwave doesn't function and the bathroom door lock was broken, but we have a nice stay.

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The floor was dusty and slippery, and there was visible dirt on the floor that hadn't been cleaned in months. The room also had a strong, unpleasant odor due to its prolonged closure. Unfortunately, my stay was cut short after just 50 minutes as the conditions were unacceptable. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its housekeeping standards to ensure a more comfortable and hygienic experience for future guests."
