"We recently stayed in the Talbot hotel in Carlow, the evening before attending a wedding in Ballykealy. When booking, I had requested a quiet room , at the end of the corridor if at all possible. A bonus would have been the top floor. The receptionist Tufah was so gracious and welcoming. I was delighted that the hotel had made a note of my request and accommodated me in a room as requested. I appreciate that this isn’t always possible so it was wonderful. As a particularly poor sleeper, it was important to me. I was so happy to be accommodated on the top floor! The room was spotless and spacious. I loved the amount of space in the bathroom, especially in terms of places to put toiletries etc. We dined in the bar and the food was delicious and plentiful.  Breakfast the next morning was delicious, with plenty of choice. I was really impressed with the hotel and left looking forward to a return stay two nights later. Our second stay didn’t disappoint.  Julius on reception assured me of a quiet room- and that is what we got. We arrived quite late in the evening and Martin, the night porter quickly and efficiently checked us in. Our room was a mirror image of the previous stay, and again I slept really well. In the early morning my husband visited the leisure centre and enjoyed his swim. He found the staff to be friendly and helpful. This is something that we really appreciated during our two brief stays- courteous and friendly staff who excel at their job. We both look forward to staying there again in the future. 😊"

"A Sala estava coberta e poeira EM todo o lado, a urina e a intestino estavam em peças de toalha.A porta de toalha estava deslizando e as Grandes lacunas que podem ver a toalha e o chuveiro através de 🤦‍♀️.A fechadura de cabelo preto no chão de toalha, as espinhas mortas e insetos no chão de quarto.Não havia água quente EM tapetes. Não há TV, nem instalações de chá/café visíveis em fotos antes de reservar. Email-los com isso logo após a chegada, nenhuma resposta a que eles nunca o receberam. Eu contactei por email com fotos de mostrar o estado do quarto que nos foi dado. Nada Como o site para quartos.Responde muito lentamente, finalmente publicei a revisão p publicando nossa estadia, e Ken finalmente voltou e ofereceu um almoço de 2 noites. Tentei reservar isto com o Ken por e-mail e decidi levá-lo de volta, porque ele tem desde a minha revisão e não está feliz 😕 "
