Not perfect im afraid !! Asked for a room next door to our family and was told they had been upgraded and we were on a differnt floor ,fine overall lovely room but not next door
Breakfast on the sunday was perfect it was a buffet and loved it .on the monday terrible it was inedible i think it had been left from the day before.spoke to the reception and all the could do was apologise 😞 not really good enough.on leaving the room i always ***** our bed and found terrible stains on the duvet again told they can only apologise 😠

Our second stay here and we returned because we were very impressed last time. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient. Staff were polite, professional and helpful. The room, reception, bar and leisure club were very clean and bright. Food was tasty and well presented. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the free WiFi. It would hardly connect and once it was connected it was very slow. Improve that and it would be a 5-star review.

The overall hotel was lovely. We had a room above the kitchen, which was very noisy late into the night. And this morning we were woken up at 5.30am with the noise from the washing machines ans tumble dryer. The staff were very pleasant but unorganised

It was nice to stay in the older part of the hotel , rooms were warm and clean . Disappointed that there was no note paper to write as the heating system woke me during the night and I had the urge to write ! Staff were enthusiastic and helpful

We come here when we can and just love the place. The young lad on reception was really helpful when all the trains were cancelled, going the extra mile getting us a cab.
