Great location, just in the Centre of the City. It only took 2 minutes walking from the parking to the rear of the hotel. National Museum Cardiff and Cardiff Castle were about 10 minutes walking. Recommend.

Very good location, can walk to most of the attractions. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Have discount for parking at a nearby car park.

Easter bank holiday we booked last minute and the price wasn't ridiculous. the hotel is inside a Arcade which can be missed easily and the top floor is the MP steakhouse whichbis where the breakfast bar held. Hotel is in central location, easy acce to the castle, the Bute park, pubs, restaurants and shops. room is big and the deco is funky, it is clean and the walkin shower is beautiful. very pleased with the stay.

I came here with my family a month ago and was throughly impressed. Wonderful wonderful staff. The ladies at reception were friendly and helpful, especially the red head with glasses. Even one of the chefs who we met in the lift were nice and welcoming. We ran out of toilet paper. Conveniently, one of the cleaning staff were nearby and they were more than happy to help us out and more. The rooms were clean, very well decorated. We loved the stereo in the bathroom, found that hilarious as it’s our first time seeing this. The bath wash and shampoo provided was lovely. Wish I bought some at the reception. Would highly recommend this to anyone.
We did have one small issue though. We booked our breakfast for 9:30AM but after being there for only half hour, we were told that they would be closing soon and putting things away. Think we were there last table as mostly everybody have left when we received our hot breakfast. We felt a little awkward and bad so quickly rushed our breakfast. Wish were told at reception but on the second day, we changed our time to earlier and didn’t have a issue.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! In the morning I check out the lady at the counter offered to help me store my luggage so I can take a look at the city without burden. The waiter in the restaurant upstairs is also helpful that he helps take the meal downstairs for me for takeaway(but I still suggest them to get paper boxes for food delivery). However after asking for toothbrush at night the staff forgot to bring me one so I have to get down to take it. Overall nice, will revisit next time!
