Hotéis perto de Praça Dr. Mauro Fortes de Moraes, Caraguatatuba

I got the chance to stay for a business visit. The hotel is very familiar and the guests are not troublemakers. By the checkin counter, i got the gentle smile of the manager and she was great while explaining me all the hotel book of rules, which naturally include parking, covid thing, power feed in the room's electric sockets (220v-BR-3 round displaced pins), they have socket adaptors for those who need, and so on. The entrance price room was small but enough for what i needed. I cannot mentiona bout the others. They have a cosy swimming pool and a very confortable restaurante. I would definitely recommend this Pousada. Fiquei nesta pousada para uma viagem de negócios. O hotel tem ambiente familiar e os clientes não são os tipos causadores de problemas. Já na chegada, fui recebido com um gentil sorriso da gerente Paloma, que foi toda cuidados em me explicar todas as regras do hotel, inclusive, estacionamento, covid, voltagem das tomadas (220v) no padrão brasileiro de três pinos redondos com o central deslocado. Pode pedir na recepção por adaptadores a este padrão. Fiquei no quarto mais barato e sim, era o menor, mas suficiente para o que eu precisava. Não posso mencionar os outros. Uma aconchegante piscina e um restaurante confortável. Eu definitivamente recomendo esta pousada e me hospedarei mais vezes.

A pousada apesar de ser distante da região central (30 km) é muito boa, o atendimento dos funcionários da recepção, dos serviços gerais, da limpeza do quarto é nota 10, muita cordialidade e presteza. Um café da manhã excelente e variado com atendentes muito gentis e prestativas. Quartos bons, limpeza excelente com troca de toalhas todos os dias. A pousada passa por reforma e acredito que assim que finalizada ficará ainda melhor. Para não dizer que foi tudo perfeito, fica um ponto de atenção ao restaurante, o que confesso passa a impressão de ser outra empresa, a começar pelo tratamento das pessoas que ali estão. Chegamos no domingo 30/06 a noite e resolvemos ir para restaurante. A informação que tivemos é que a cozinha fechava às 21:30 e o restaurante às 22:00. Chegamos por volta das 20:45, pedimos 2 porções, cervejas, sucos e refrigerantes, estávamos em 2 casais. Assistíamos tranquilamente o jogo da Copa América pelo telão quando de repente às 21:15 começaram a juntar as cadeiras colocando algumas sobre mesas, desligaram o projetor e enrolaram o telão como se não estivéssemos ali e nem sequer perguntaram nada para a gente. Nos sentimos constrangidos pela tamanha desconsideração e falta de respeito. Para nós bastou, não ficamos nenhum dia mais a noite no Hotel, saímos para jantar todos os dias em outro lugar, inclusive jantamos em um Hotel ao lado o Temoana, onde tivemos um tratamento muito diferente. Outro ponto negativo do restaurante, é o cardápio, com valores fora da realidade. Uma cerveja original 25,00 e uma lata skol ou Brahma 350 ml a 9,00. Uma porção pequena de contra-filé 109,00 e uma porção pequena de mandioca 50,00. Rodamos por muitos restaurantes na cidade e em nenhum encontramos cerveja neste valor, em qualquer outro restaurante a original é 18,00 e Heineken 20,00. O serviço de atendimento na praia do hotel também é muito fraco, com atendentes muito despreparados e pouco cortês, enfim, o restaurante do hotel parece outra empresa. Por causa disso ficamos apenas um dia na praia do hotel.

For the amount of money they charge. the service must be top notch. My family and I felt that they were not a customer-oriented hotel. Small things turned into big headaches. * WIFI did not work on my bedroom when I called the front desk to complain, they told me that I should work from the lobby and that the internet was poor in my room. * We were in Ilhabela for a wedding party and 9AM (on a SUNDAY) on the day after the wedding, we were woken up by the staff for room service. They placed us on the farthest room in the complex in the middle of a construction zone. We were disturbed my the sound of a drill one morning as well due to the construction. * All remote controls did not have batteries. We had to physically go to the lobby and request batteries. Staff had a bowl with a bunch of used batteries and I had to ”fish” for the ”good” batteries. Staff was not friendly. * They pull a scam to charge R$5 reais per 1 beach towel. The hotel should just increase the daily rate by R$5 and make sure that you threat your customer with more than 1 towel per guest per day. We go there to relax and not worry about such ”small” things. We had a boat tour and when we can back, after a all day event, we could not get a fresh towel to enjoy the pool for the rest of the day. Staff was very rude, inflexible, and gave my family a huge headache charging USD $4 for 4 towels. At the end, I fought very hard and fees were voided. For someone on vacation, this is totally not necessary. * Breakfast buffet was nothing much different than an average hotel. Again, for the price, I would expect much more.

It has a nice location, close to the historic center, restaurants, shops and the beach. The rooms are basic but cozy, it is nothing fancy. We were out in tours so we spent little time in the hotel, we only came to sleep. The breakfasts are normal and the interesting thing is to try the local food, it was good too. Loved the natural orange juices!

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro histórico, mas, tranquilo. Mesmo tendo ficado em.um.quarto standard, era bem confortável. Todos os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Piscina muito boa. Restaurante com pratos deliciosos. Fazendo a reserva direto com o hotel, nós , ofereceram a opção de meia pensão que vale muito a apena. Pequeno ponto para melhora': deveria haver uma ducha próxima ao estacionamento.
