The place is pleasant, has air conditioning, the room is well spacious, has balcony with table and chairs, all rooms have view of the sea, in the bathroom has a dryer, the pool has adult and child and has spaghetti and balls to play, as I was in April, I found the water a little cold, it would be legal if in that colder time they warm the water, we could enjoy more, near has a child space and pet space, without telling you have a cup with dishes, cushions and microwaves, Their own rooms are very good, and they also offer chairs, sunshine and towels to take us to the beach. I found the restaurant very expensive, it is not to be more empty, if the prices were lower all guests would eat there, but unfortunately we use other restaurants and deliveries. The Wi-Fi in the rooms is virtually not working, the best places to use and in the pool and balcony. The staff service is ok. The beach is not very good because it is a tombo beach.

For the amount of money they charge. the service must be top notch. My family and I felt that they were not a customer-oriented hotel. Small things turned into big headaches. * WIFI did not work on my bedroom when I called the front desk to complain, they told me that I should work from the lobby and that the internet was poor in my room. * We were in Ilhabela for a wedding party and 9AM (on a SUNDAY) on the day after the wedding, we were woken up by the staff for room service. They placed us on the farthest room in the complex in the middle of a construction zone. We were disturbed my the sound of a drill one morning as well due to the construction. * All remote controls did not have batteries. We had to physically go to the lobby and request batteries. Staff had a bowl with a bunch of used batteries and I had to ”fish” for the ”good” batteries. Staff was not friendly. * They pull a scam to charge R$5 reais per 1 beach towel. The hotel should just increase the daily rate by R$5 and make sure that you threat your customer with more than 1 towel per guest per day. We go there to relax and not worry about such ”small” things. We had a boat tour and when we can back, after a all day event, we could not get a fresh towel to enjoy the pool for the rest of the day. Staff was very rude, inflexible, and gave my family a huge headache charging USD $4 for 4 towels. At the end, I fought very hard and fees were voided. For someone on vacation, this is totally not necessary. * Breakfast buffet was nothing much different than an average hotel. Again, for the price, I would expect much more.

It has a nice location, close to the historic center, restaurants, shops and the beach. The rooms are basic but cozy, it is nothing fancy. We were out in tours so we spent little time in the hotel, we only came to sleep. The breakfasts are normal and the interesting thing is to try the local food, it was good too. Loved the natural orange juices!

The best stay in Maresias. About a three minute walk to the beach, but it's great because you get to see the town. The staff is friendly and very accommodating to non native speakers. They provide towels and chairs for the beach. Also provide an amazing breakfast, while most restaurants are closed in the morning.
