The staff were extremely kind and were always there yo provide a nice service. The room was big and very comfortable for my business trip.

Good welcome by reception, During breakfast staff are very good to host us and lastly they called us to fetch our charger we forgot in the room

The hotel is small and very cozy. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Our room at second floor was very specious and clean. Maybe but more expensive, but worth it. I really recommend this hotel. Location is good and safety. Only thing I missed was complementary water bottles in room.

This hotel is nice, comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and loved Cape Town. I do wish the building had an elevator. Climbing up and down three floors with heavy bags was a challenge.

Lovely little place in a nice area great room overlooking the pool which was great to have a dip in.The staff who run the hotel are so friendly and knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us. Perfect breakfast to start the day served with great service. Keep up the good work 👍

It’s a very good and friendly location - the prize is absolutely okay, the surrounding is safe and breakfast is top- I can recommend in any case. The rooms are very comfortable and clean the staff is very friendly

The location is good. Green Point park next door. Walking distance to the Waterfront area. The hotel and hotel rooms are a bit worn out. Breakfast quite modest. Bad coffee. The staff were friendly. The highest expectations were for quality and comfort. Not a four star hotel. Maybe a star rating of two and plus.

Excellent staff always willing to help and super friendly. Beautiful room with large balcony and fantastic bed. The entire hotel is super clean. Breakfast is nice. Location is just perfect! This hotel is an oasis of peace and happyness. I am looking forward to my next visit to ZA and to stay again at the One 8 hotel.
