What an incredible location in Seapoint! Withing waling distance of the beach and amazing food! Location can be loud if your a light sleeper but overall not terribly loud in anyway. Room size was huge and well maintained. The Zest restaurant is outstanding. We had early starts to our day everyday in Cape Town because we are crazy and the Zest restaurant opening at 0700 was a lifesaver especially with how good the food was.

My stay at New Kings Hotel was Excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well serviced. Comfortable,neat and clean. Convenient. Well located.

I love the location of the hotel,staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to family and friends and will definitely return for a second time. My niece loved that the woolies was just downstairs.

Modern hotel, close to the scenic Atlantic seaboard and the Sea point ***** of restaurants, shops and pubs. We felt safe and enjoyed the walks along the coast and to the local attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean and the restaurant was modern, with great food and service. It was missing some detail ito quality in the rooms - tv was not that functional and the beds were hard. It is a lively neighbourhood so be prepared for some noise late into the night. Please check the water quality as our bath water was brown in colour.

A very comfortable hotel with an excellent ( and very popular) restaurant attached. Very convenient for the sea front and for food shopping in the 2 supermarkets directly below the hotel. A variety of shops and restaurants on the same street, including a small mall with excellent pharmacy. Staff were helpful and everything is clean and well appointed. Main disadvantage is that there is no lobby or communal area to sit or to meet friends. Not a sociable hotel. However, there are enough bars and restaurants in the area to arrange to meet in.

Very unsatisfied about our stay at newkings hotel: - airport pick up booking: we had to wait for the driver that show up late and didnt not have any air time so we had to find a way to call her back, - the restaurant didnt authorized to come with our 6 months baby, - after cleaning the room, they dont refill water, tea and coffee eventhough we have booked the "Suite king", - receptionist didnt explain so much about activities around neither accompany us to our room.

Always and very clean room. Everything is located near the hotel with a grocery store underneath excellent to purchase snacks and even breakfast. The views out of the room are so relaxing. Staff was nice and friendly and answered all my questions.
