Ascot Village is situated in one of the most central and secure suburbs of Milnerton. It is about 14kms from Cape Town and about 5kms from the Blouberg Beaches.
This recently renovated condo is now immune from the infamous Sa loadshedding with a Gas stove and rechargeable lights for almost all rooms. An almost privatised pool that is 10m away. Has great plush garden for kids to run around or for grown ups to take a stroll. In this case pictures are not saying a 1000 words. You got to be here to experience it for yourself.

Me and my partner are always available for tours..we enjoy hiking and sight seeing.
Nice and quiet with 24 hour security patrols and Cctvs in the streets. Secure area that is close to everything, for kids and adults. Safe morning and afternoon walks or runs. Well manicured gardens and several Jungle gyms for kids. One of the best suburbs in Cape Town.
The Royal Ascot Holiday Home is 14 minutes drive to Canal Walk Mall which is the largest mall in Cape Town, the third-largest shopping centre in Africa. The Atlantis Dunes are 30 minutes’ drive. Uber or Taxify rides are always 1 or 2 minutes away. A 15 minutes walk to the Paddocks shopping centre that have several restaurants which includes M&b, Wimpy and Ocean Basket. It is also close to the MyCiti Bus services.
