In Cape Town, The One & Only is the ”One & Only” hotel to choose. OK, its not the cheapest, but from the welcome at the moment you arrive to when you come to leave the friendliness and service from the team members is exceptional. Great location with direct access to the waterfront and V&A, safe, lovely rooms and nice bars / restaurants with great atmosphere. Overall a great customer / guest experience is provided. The location of the President Hotel is very good. It is the preferred hotel recommended by South African friends. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We booked the Ocean Classic Room (with balcony). There is no picture of this suite type on Ctrip. I have been worried that I can’t see the sea view. In addition, the big bed can be split into 2 single beds by the hotel. The hotel arranged us in rooms 647 and 648 (the highest 6 floors of the hotel), which are located in the northeast of the hotel.
