Carpet in room were dirty bed and pillow was not good quality lamp light was broken and after requesting never been replaced in our 3 nights stay, curtain were falling down.. extremely disappointed and it was not cheap 3 nights cost us 560$ never staying again in this location!!

It was an awful experience. From the customer service to the walls being paper thin. You can hear every word and action people in the rooms next to , above and below you . Shower head broken . No one came to fix it .

The property was nice, and the staff was incredible. However, the air conditioner barely worked in the room, causing us to sweat all night. That made it kind of miserable

The hotel was nice, not 5 stars though. There were peeling toilet seats in the room. In my room the knob to the cabinet for the fridge was broken and it took us until the last night to figure put how to open it in order to use the fridge. I guess hotels are deciding not to have microwaves in the rooms which is really a disadvantage. I didn't find out there was one on the floor until we got ready to leave. That should've been communicated. The phone in my room didn’t work either. It was nice to see doorbells outside the room but it would've been nice if ours would've worked.

No frills, easy check in. Front desk staff were polite. There was no information book, paper, folder, qr, in the room, so we had to ask about pool hours, breakfast hours and location, etc. by making a special trip to the front desk. No information was offered at check in, but I also didn't ask, so some of that is on me. The person who staffed the breakfast area was very pleasant, and kept everything well-stocked. Breakfast was a highlight!
The pool was refreshing, and overall it was a good experience.
I wish they had an information binder in the room, or at least offered the information for wifi, pool and breakfast hours, etc. at check in.

when we checked in and went to our room, the room still had someone's stuff in it. the room we were moved to was a larger room, but instead of two beds, it had one bed and a pull out sofa bed. just wasn't the experience i was hoping for.
