I booked the wrong room type, but the front desk lady changed it to a big bed for free. She was very warm and polite, and helped us find a parking space. The service was very good. The room was also very spacious. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the design was very good. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel's shower gel smelled very good, and it was orange-flavored. I liked it very much. The hotel also has a parking lot and a laundry room, which is free and very convenient.

Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

I stayed in Cangzhou for the first time on a business trip. I saw the recommended Yifei Hotel on Ctrip. I booked the hotel's pick-up service one day in advance. The driver was very professional and the communication was great. The music in the hotel lobby was soothing. After entering the lobby, the front desk helped to pour a cup of chrysanthemum tea, which was very considerate. This was a high end luxury hotel decades ago. Now the time has taken its toll. Walking on the thick carpet on the hallway, you can easily imagine how marvelous it must be twenty years ago. Now the equipments are kinda of out dated. There is no restaurants or stores in walking distance. The hotel staffs are all very nice and helpful. The rooms are much bigger than those of the newer hotels at this price range, and they have many toiletterias, even two shower robes. If you are ok to take taxi or didi (Chinese Uber) all three time, this hotel is a good choice.
