Our recent stay at Hyatt Place Goa was highly disappointing, especially considering this was our second visit. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly. 1. Food and Beverage: • The breakfast spread was subpar, with the food lacking flavor and quality. • Tea served during room service was terrible; even after changing it twice, it didn’t meet basic standards. 2. Special Requests Ignored: Despite requesting a small gesture for my friend’s birthday, the hotel failed to accommodate it and merely apologized. This lack of effort was disheartening. 3. Cleanliness and Service: • No water was served during breakfast, which is a basic expectation. • Cutlery provided was dirty, reflecting poor hygiene standards. 4. Staff Attitude: The overall attitude of the staff felt laid-back and uninterested, which added to the unpleasant experience. As returning guests, we had high hopes, but this visit left us disappointed and unlikely to come back. I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
