Everything was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. Golf simulation was a great surprise and we had a lot of fun playing while we were there.

這是在坎昆體驗的第三家酒店了。海景無敵，陽台上的按摩浴缸會有一些黑色的噁心東西出來。但是別的就還行吧，吃的很一般，服務一般，有各種額外付費項目，總有一種不給小費就不給你好好服務的感覺。沙灘還是比較紮腳的，水草也不少。床被一直潮潮的，枕頭有腦油臭味。同樣價格比這個好的太多了。

This is our 3rd time in Cancun. This hotel is the biggest, got pools for everyone, very close to the beach and the BEST food in Cancun!! Excellent service, everything is clean. Even all the restrooms are very clean like spa LOL. This hotel has the best ocenfront or beach view. Definitely coming back!!

Marissa and David were GREAT! Upon arrival the view takes you away. They take you to check in while showing you around. Sparkling wine was tasty. The butler takes you to your room and gives a tour. Everything was free also was given a free bottle of tequila. Did not want to leave and ready to book next trip for longer. Went in December 2023 and the weather was perfect!
