Há uma coisa importante que devo mencionar aqui. Espero que todos estejam cientes desta situação antes de reservar o hotel. Trip.com me enganou sobre o preço e o que estava incluído quando reservei meu quarto. Havia alguns tipos de quartos sem café da manhã ou refeições. Tentei ligar para o hotel para verificar porque eles deveriam ser um hotel com tudo incluído. Eu descobri que estou certo. Não importa o tipo de quarto pelo qual você pagou. Supunha um pacote com tudo incluído, mas trip.com tentou aumentar mais o preço para confundir as pessoas se quisessem obter pacotes com tudo incluído.
Prós:
1. Todos os restaurantes são bons mas têm horários específicos. Você deve verificar quais restaurantes estão abertos sempre.
2. O quarto era limpo e a vista era deslumbrante.
3. O quarto possui um pequeno local para serviço de quarto.
Contras:
1. Havia muitos vendedores no saguão. Eles sempre tentam vender a adesão ao clube. Especialmente no primeiro dia em que você fez o check-in. Eles são bastante agressivos.
2. A localização é um pouco longe da rua principal.
3.É uma festa para que você possa sempre ouvir música alta durante o dia até as 22h. Basta escolher outro lugar se você não gosta de festas.

Upon arrival we were greeted with Champagne! That’s always major we love the feel of luxury. Check-in was brief and to the point. However as we were being shown the property we were being pitched for an upgrade to Xhale which would me our room and amenities would change. We were interested initially but quickly learned the appointment to upgrade would be a timeshare pitch. Immediately we called to decline. The Xcelerate ocean view room was perfect. All the luxurious amenities were a plus including the ability to play music in the bathroom via Bluetooth. The open shower was heavenly with two full stream shower heads from the ceiling. Everything is definitely electronic in the room. You even request room service from electronically. The bar drinks was strong and close proximity on the property. The food was good. We only tried the Italian which was a great experience. The server was amazing. Prepare to party on schedule because often times the music would not stop at the pool when we wanted to turn down from shopping all day. If you’re considering I would say go, I would visit the property again in the future.

那是個公共沙灘+碼頭，好多遊客，亂糟糟的。房間很大很乾凈，浴室與🚽是獨立的二個空間，這點深得我心。不過入住那天房間裏有股刺鼻的氣味（有點像殺蟲劑的味道）薰得我頭暈。早餐不好吃，中午衹供應自助餐和簡餐。一次性塑料杯居然是反覆使用的，洗得也不乾淨，有些杯子都變型了還在使用。
圖三是在自助餐廳門口拍的，白色的不是櫃子，是百頁狀木板，二塊木板以90度拼成半圍欄，風一吹，一塊木板哐噹一聲倒地，還好當時沒人走過。服務員並沒有意識到如果砸到人很危險，衹是扶起木板隨便一拼，就像啥也沒發生過一樣。

현대적이고 인테리어도 좋았으며 깨끗했습니다
해외에선 주로 음식이 짜서 걱정했는데 짜지않고 맛있었어요
룸서비스도 몇가지 빼곤 그럭저럭 먹을만 했으며 칵테일도
괜찮았습니다
레스토랑 마다 태도와 친절에는 차이가 있었습니다
친절하지 않은건 아니지만 간혹 20% 불만족스러운 태도가
있었습니다만 음식은 맛있었어요
팁을 제외하곤 모든 비용이 들지않았으며 추가비용이드는
옵션도 있습니다
호텔에서 빠져 나올때는 차가 막히지않지만
호텔존으로 들어갈때는 차가 심각하게 막힐수도 있습니다

We enjoyed the staff, service, and how attentive everyone were. Although our room needed maintence (sink clogged, shower leaked all around, water shuts off after every 10 minutes, rush hour showering also slows down the water flow (between 5-6pm) Besides that, things were pretty clean throughout our stay.
The food option isn’t as unique or amazing as we had expected from other reviews and pictures we had seen. Having a FORMAL dress code for half of the restaurants seemed a bit outdated since we were at a BEACH RESORT. All we had were beach attires and we’re not allowed in. Room service food was not great. Drink service food only came with soft drinks and water. No cocktails and spirits.
It was actually quite limited if you think about it.
Things closed early. They didn’t want people in the pool pass 7-8pm, which we were used to 9-10pm. After an all day excursion you would think it would be nice to cool down at the pool but that wasn’t the case.
