Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

作為攜程的鑽石會員，説幾句真心話：1.攜程對海外酒店的品控非常垃圾，而且跟酒店合夥欺詐消費者。2.4000多人民幣一晚的含早餐房間，再三同攜程確認是好早餐。但是在用早餐期間酒店在不告知的情況下，一頓早餐收費1500多比索相當於700多人民幣。3.攜程收到反饋後居然説我點了早餐以外的收費早餐，提出給100元代金券安撫。再三溝通後攜程還是車軲轆話反覆推脱不以正面解決。4.攜程這種夥同酒店欺詐消費者的行為必須到消費者協會投訴曝光

入住體驗極差，服務態度惡劣。房間標識洗髮水的器皿裝的是消毒水，拿消毒水洗了頭髮才發現。該酒店不負責，一點處理結果都沒有，後來攜程補償一點。大家別去修

Was overcharged many times and had to catch multiple charges that had already been paid. Very frustrating and ruined our experience... won't be coming back as each water was 20 dollars

Beautiful, private location with fabulous view and access to a private beach. The hotel and spacious rooms are tastefully decorated in contemporary style and the staff is very attentive and make a real effort to enhance the experience of the stay.

I recently stayed at Sls Cancún with friends and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is perfectly located, exclusive, and safe. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were even better than the pictures.
While I’d rate it 5 stars for the overall experience, there was a bit of a hiccup with the breakfast service. Although breakfast is supposed to be available until 1 pm, they unexpectedly stopped serving the paid-in-advance breakfast at 11 am without prior notice. Additionally, the limited menu for pre-paid breakfast didn’t feel like good value at all.

It’s a very nice boutique hotel. Restaurants are very expensive compared to the United States. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
