Cancun International Suites

Fotos e descrições da viagem foi uma suíte master com casal grande. Na realidade, um quarto normal com cama de casal. Café da manhã incluso. Que piada. Torrada que você mesmo fez e café com 50g de fruta. Trip.com diz que o check-out foi às 14h, mas o hotel diz que custa US $ 300 a mais. Piscina sem sol ou lugar para sentar.

a localização é boa. Fizemos o check in no dia 29/12, o restaurante ao lado deu uma festa, o barulho era muito alto. não podíamos íngreme. O barulho finalmente parou às 4 da manhã do dia 30/12. Não dormimos a noite toda. Perguntei à recepção da propriedade se há algo que eles possam fazer sobre isso. A recepção disse que o barulho vinha da porta ao lado, não há nada que eles possam fazer por mim. A recepção sugeriu que eu contatasse o gerente para fazer o acompanhamento. Fiquei muito decepcionado com isso. Enviei e-mail para o gerente do hotel, sem resposta.

No hot water, and they didn’t manage to fix it in 2 days. Receptionist told us we would only have to let the water running for 15 minutes to get hot water (how eco friendly it is), but it wasn’t working eitheir way. I highly advise not to stay in this hotel.

This was our last night in Mexico and we wanted to stay in the central part of Cancun to continue with a more authentic experience. I chose this place based on the reviews, proximity to dining and to the airport for our 8am flight. There was some mention in the reviews of the Park located adjacent to the hotel having a street fair with music that went somewhat late. That was alluring to me & not at all a turn off because 1) sounds fun and 2) we are night owls but I will say more about this later. When we arrived the streets around the hotel were packed and there were people directing traffic. The park was hoppin with music & people everywhere...I was excited for a last night of fun but also worried we may have to park far from our hotel. Fortunately when we pulled up, the hotel had put cones out front to keep people from parking there. We pulled right up & were able to park there the remainder of the night. The area around the hotel was well lit and my car could be seen from the clerks desk so I felt comfortable leaving it there. Check in was quick & easy. The attendant was friendly however did not speak much English so if you do not speak Spanish communication might be challenging. The room was clean & had all the basic necessities. Our patio doors opened to a nice shared courtyard. Now back to the street fair. In addition to the bed being extremely firm & pillows being extremely flat, the music from the fair seemed to get louder around midnight and went until almost 4am.

This was great. Nice clean well located hotel for a great price. Would stay here again.

I have stayed twice at the international suites hotel because I already enjoyed the first stay very much. The hotel is located in a lively area close to the ADO bus station. At the plaza de palapas are many street food option that I tried all. The staff was super nice and helpful and I loved it! Thank you!!!!

The location is amazing, next to the Parque De Palapas. 10min walking distance to Mercado 28. The only issue we experienced is a damp smell from the bathroom. So we kept the bathroom door closed all the time. But apart from that amazing staff, perfect location for someone who would like to explore downtown Cancun.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean room. Groceries shops and restaurants nearby. Room is too small. Not enough amenities. Too noisy outside and upstairs due to organized parties by the hotel.
