We had an amazing days at Wyndham Grand Cancun. The amenities were amazing , food at La vista was fantastic, helpful and attentive staffs. Beach was not swimmable due to the strong wind but they have different pools and jacuzzi to choose from.

da vinci 那個要預訂的餐廳着裝要求是在離譜，別的老外穿花襯衫和短褲還有樂福鞋就能進去，我男朋友穿個普通黑色短褲 純白短袖 帶跟的涼鞋（全包住腳的）不讓進，説是不符合著裝要求，真的有點無語，但餐廳還是不錯的，吃的也不差

We had a pretty bad experience with our stay at Wyndham Cancun.
Water was leaking in the room.
Shower planner was broken and draining yellow color water.
Overall experience is bad but the property is really good. This was an unfortunate experience.

El hotel es viejo y a pesar de que lo remodelaron recientemente se nota.
La.playa es muy bonita y tiene buena ubicación, sin embargo el punto más débil es la comida, tienen pocas opciones, la calidad es baja y obtener reservación en temporada alta es muy difícil.
El.servicio también es deficiente.

Limited food choices, limited alcohol and brand choices, too many stairs, floors always had condensation making slippery. Housekeeping never cleaned room. Trouble at check in. Said we had no reservations

It was an update room inside, not sure how many other rooms were in this condition.
The only negative is that your shampoo/conditioner was of very low quality and the little bottles of hand cream were made in China (PRC) and had a very distinct and unpleasant smell.

I was hoping with the rebranding from Omni to Wyndham that they would have spent more money upgrading. Most of the upgrades went to trying to sell you the timeshare portion of the property. They took away the policy of making you give them your towel card for each towel, which meant that every chair by the pool had a towel on it by 8am. Most of the staff was excellent, especially at the lobby bar.
