I absolutely had a wonderful time on my vacation. The building and grounds are beautiful and the artwork is exquisite. I enjoyed both Katia's warm smile and generosity as well as the other woman who speaks english, but I didn't catch her name. I really loved speaking with her as she has a very strong and kind spirit. I noticed throughout my stay that there is 24hr security on site as I get up randomly throughout the night. When the AC stopped working in my room I was offered a different room with working AC, but I was comfortable in my suite and the night air was good enough to keep me cool until the next morning when they fixed it. I felt very welcomed, safe, and appreciated. They get 5 stars from me.

Bem bacana o hotel. Meio antigo, mas muito espaçoso, bonito e acesso direto a praia em lugar tranquilo e mar muito azul!

Localização muito bom , excelente. Mas o hotel parece meio abandonado. Esqueci uma bermuda lá e dois tentando telefonar ninguém atende , mandei e-mail e não obtive resposta, a bermuda é importante pra mim e sigo na esperança que me devolvam .
Atendimento ok , ar condicionado e cama muito bons .
Pra não haver decepção o negócio é ir preparado e com espírito livre . Nessas condições eu voltarei com certeza .
La ubicación es muy buena, excelente. Pero el hotel parece estar medio abandonado. Olvidé un bañador allí y he estado intentando llamar pero nadie responde, envié un correo electrónico y no he recibido respuesta. El bañador es importante para mí y sigo esperanzado de que me lo devuelvan.
El servicio está bien, el aire acondicionado y la cama son muy buenos.
Para no llevarme decepciones, es mejor ir preparado y con mente abierta. En estas condiciones, definitivamente volveré.

We liked all the above features. The view of the ocean and the sun rise was spectacular.
The rooms were cleaned, but needed some maintenance - the jacuzzi did not have plumbing, so it was not working.
The staff was very friendly and helpful

I had to book a room at Casa Turquesa last minute because of a mix-up at the resort I had originally booked at. The price was excellent considering the location but I was initially worried about the quality of the room. Turns out it was a lot better than expected. The room was large and fairly comfortable. The bed and pillows were on the firm side which is fine for me. The bathroom was fairly large with a nice walk-in shower and separate bath. There are some things that need updating but it looks like they are making improvements. The lobby is large and nice looking with a nice view out to the ocean. It’s on a nice part of the beach in an excellent location near the mall and lots of restaurants. One of the best parts is the hotel restaurant which serves excellent breakfast dishes and has a good dinner menu although we didn’t eat dinner there. You can tell the hotel was probably one of the nicest places in Cancun when it was new. I would stay there again and would say it’s worth a try. Their other rooms are likely nicer than the one we booked.

The hotel is average. The price is ok for what it is. We arrived early and the receptionist was nice and helpful. However, when we returned later in the evening to check in we did not receive much information from the security guard that checked us into our room. Our TV and fridge didn't work. We were only there one night so it was fine, but definitely would not have been acceptable to have the TV and fridge not working for a longer stay. The room was spacious and fairly clean. The balcony was large and had a little table and chairs. The bed was comfortable. The building itself could use some work.

Hotel had bed bugs and other various bugs (jumping bug in bathroom and ants). Left hotel on the first night. Hotel employee did not offer any compensation. Instead was more worried if I had paid them or not since I arrived after check in time and security told me to check in in the AM. There was no paper work documented instead just proof from app.

The rooms don't have blackout curtains, the bathtubs/hottub in the balcony don't work, steep entrance to walk up to and out of the hotel, the beds matrsses and pillows are very very hard, other than that the people are very nice and accomodating
