We had difficulty finding a amount of location, it was a very functional position and it stayed in a while, the friend at the reception was lazy, we were happy to clean and serve but in a different area in the parking was the friend at the parking a little rude when we arrived. We said the door would not open except the driver said the door would not open the door. We said the door would not get the stuff. We said the door would not get the stuff. We can't meet we will provide accommodation again

First of all, rez. I had a question 1 day before I went. I called the hotel and asked if there is an opportunity to postpone it to next week. Hee KDR is perfect, only the negative side is that it is the road leading to the main street, on the street of the hotel a bit noisy taxi engine crossing, but it doesn't matter to go to the hotel. I really recommend this line to protect its employees, and if I go again, our location is sure.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is well designed with stylish decor. Our room was small but had most of what we needed and was very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the tram station so well positioned vs major attractions. Rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is tasty and with a fair amount of choices. The only complaint about the room is the bathroom shower which has a half wall, so the water goes everywhere, soaking the bathroom floor. But these half shower walls seem to be common in hotels across Europe - poor design in my opinion. Aside from this, I recommend this hotel.

The pillows were not the fluffiest but they were more than adequate. Check-in was easy. The room was clean, tidy and had everything I needed for a 3 night stay. There was water in the mini fridge. The A/C was a blessing altough it would have been nice if it went a little lower than 18 degrees. The location was excellent, right in the centre of Cannakale, great for the shops, harbour & restaurants. House-keeping were on it every morning and the staff were very pleasant and engaging. Breakfast was more than ample, with traditional Turkish and a variation on continental options. The only downside I can think of was the music coming from across the rear courtyard which continued into the early hours. Closing the windows helped with the sound. This hotel is part of three, if you are thinking of booking go for this one as I believe it to be the best of them. There is the Comfort & the Anzac. The Grand is the best of the three and the price was very good. I think it was £24 per night for B&B.

Actively upgrade to a suite, you can see the sea and city view at the same time. A plate of delicious dried apricots with dates and apricots to welcome us was placed in the room, accompanied by the general manager's business card. Right by the sea, the swimming pool is very big and great. The staple food for breakfast is rarely baked and can be improved. In short, it is very suitable to travel here in the off-season.

The hotel was neat, a minute walk from the ferry, which was perfect.. our room was nice and clean. The staff was very welcoming and supportive when we were asking about things to do and how to get around. I liked my stay and would recommend the place.

Disgusting, dirty and 3rd graded hotel!! This hotel has rated themselves as a comfort and 4 star hotel but their online reviews and pics don't match the reality at all. They are a dirty, substandard and disgusting hotel. When I checked in all rooms were smelling of intense smoke- the non smoking ones as well! The bell boy was trying to influence the decision of the receptionist by saying there was no smoke smell. When I insisted and fought, they changed the room but even the non smoking rooms smelt of smoke. Once I checked in I was surprised to see the interiors were 3rd graded and below standard and were equivalent to a budget hotel. The walls had paint and stickers peeling off. The furniture had burn mark stains from cigarettes. There were some random stains on the walls. The air condition was a split unit and there was a big structure in the room making it ugly. Room setup too was congested and not well planned and spacious. Luckily I have only one night here and unfortunately this was prepaid through my tour agent (roadrunners) and hence I could do nothing about it. But had it been my own booking I would definitely cancel it and switch to another decent and class hotel. And to add to all the misery I just discovered the air conditioning isn't working. I opened the Google reviews and found that many people have complained about this in the past so it's not something they can post an excuse about. They know that their ac doesn't work. When I called the reception to inform about this she told me to open the windows...seriously!!!!!!! Is this your customer service. I will further write about this to a Consumer rights authority in Turkey or some authority where this review is taken into Consideration and they will be penalised for this.

Anlaşmalı oldukları bir otopark var. 2 sokak ileride. Sabaha kadar 80₺ ücretsiz park da bulunabiliyor. Oda küçük ama ihtiyaçları karşılıyor. Klima, tv ve mini buzdolabı mevcut. Kahvaltısı doyurucu. Kalmak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.
