The receptionist cannot speak English. She even told me that they didn't receive my booking when I booked and paid 6 days before. We used google translate to communicate. I showed my ticket, but she insisted that they didn't receive my booking. It's horrible, after having a tiring and a whole day of trip!
I needed to wait for some time when she asked me which app I booked. It took how many minutes before she gave the key. She didn't bring me to the room either, she just gave the key and pointed on the elevator.
The receptionists are kind but communication is horrible. I also don't know they're not aware of their bookings.
