Overall staying at your place was great. Would definitely go again. The entertainment team was great, the entertainment for the kids was great and the staff serving the kids were very nice and cool. There were a lot of entertainment shows and various handicrafts for children. I don't give five stars because there were flaws. The room had been renovated which was very noticeable as it lacked quality, but we didn't go there to be in the room, but to relax and enjoy the activities and food on offer. I would take the other half star off for the bar. Everything was good with the quality and selection of drinks, the only thing that I didn't like was that a lot of drinks were served in plastic cups. Imagine drinking a margarita cocktail from a coffee paper chest with salt around the edge. I did not receive any cocktail that I ordered in a glass, as indicated on the menu. Very kind staff, of course there were some exceptions, but that's a little thing. The entertainment team was great and funny. Lots of different activities. Bartenders served very kindly at lunch and dinner. There was a very large selection of food, of course, not everything was to our taste, but that's normal. There was also a selection of seafood. Maybe wanted more. Very wide and beautiful territory, lots of greenery. I really liked the fact that there are several cabins and only 4 rooms in one cabin, we are talking about the Family Room.

it was the 10th visit to this hotel, but definitely not the last! We love this place! 🙏🥰 The entire crew team: from bartenders/cooks to cleaners and gardeners who deserve special praise🫶🥰 took care of our rest🙏🫶 We feel special here. It's nice to see that the employees don't change either - it shows stability!💪I would like to say special words to both Fatihs - both the "old" ones whom I have known for years🙏 and the new ones - who won the heart of my youngest daughter🫶 Also special greetings to the girl from the coffee corner🙏😘 Spa employees - in clans to the ground! And, of course, for the coolest benefit of Emelda Sun Club this year - roller skate guy Aidar!🙏🫶😍🥰

Çocuklarımızın ısrarıyla 5 çocuklu üç aile 2. kez otelde konakladık . Bu nedenle oldukça objektif değerlendirebiliyorum. Önce otelin artılarından bahsedeyim: * Son derece kompakt bir otel. Bu yüzden her yaştan çocuklu aileler gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilir. Aquapark, Kids club ve açık alan park aktiviteleri beklentilerimizi gerçekten karşıladı. *Damak tadı çok kişisel olsa biz otelin mutfağını başarılı bulduk.Üç ayrı yemek alanında sunulan seçeneklerle otelde aç kalmanız pek olası değil. Üstelik geçen yıla kıyasla bu yıl mutfağın daha profesyonel ve yemeklerin daha lezzetli olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Sadece akşam yemek saatinde klimalar ya çok az çalışıyor ya da belli bir süre sonra kapatılıyor. Gereksiz bir sıcaklık içinde hızlıca yemek yiyip kalkıyoruz. * Odaların temizliği bir yana ortak alanların temizliğine gösterilen özen inanılmaz. İlk defa bir otelde ortak alan WClerini güvenle kullandık diyebilirim.Temizlik ve hijyende aynı standartı korumaları çok güzel. * Pastane alanında kumpir, pişi, churro gibi hızlı lezzetlerin yanı sıra çay ve kahve istasyonu mevcut.Hem bu alanda hem plajda dondurma dolapları da var. *Her köşede mutlaka soğuk su var. Kapalı oyun alanında da bir kahve köşesi bulunuyor. *Geçen sene içkilerin kalitesizliği yüzünden tüm tatil mohito/bira/rakı üçgeninde dönmüştü. Bu yıl acısını çıkarıyoruz:-) Bu yıl bar ekibi her anlamda süper. * Personelin hizmet kalitesi tatil keyfimizi gerçekten çok arttırdı. Hepsine buradan da teşekkür ediyoruz. Gelelim otelin geliştirilmesi gereken yönlerine : *Ne yazık ki deniz kenarında şezlong bulmak bu yıl bir sorun. Müşteri ilişkileri sorunu" Biz söylüyoruz ama insanlar dinlemiyor" yaklaşımıyla uzay boşluğuna göndermeyi tercih ediyor. Emsal otellerde olduğu gibi başıboş bırakılan havluların toplanması gibi bir uygulamaya acilen geçilmesi gerekiyor. * Otelin tüm web sitesi tanıtımlarında iskelesi olduğu görülüyor. Ancak iskele kullanımı için ekstra ücret talep edildiğini ancak otele girince öğrendik.Üstelik plajın nispeten büyük bir kısmı da yine ücretli kullanıma tahsis edilmiş durumda. Sıcaklığın 45 derecenin üstüne çıktığı günlerde iskeleyi kullanamamak epey can sıkıcı oldu. *Geçen yıl içler acısı olan animasyon ekibi yerine yeni ekip gelmiş ki bu otelin havasını oldukça değiştirmiş. Yine de çocuklarla tatil yapmanın bir sonucu olarak tek eğlence seçeneği akşam animasyonları olduğu biraz göz ardı ediliyor. Tipik olarak Rus müşterileri eğlendirme düsturu ne yazık bu yıl da devam ettiriliyor. Havuz aktivitelerinde ekiple kaynaşan ergenleri odağına alan/ onlara kıyak geçen akşam eğlenceleri vasat kaldı. Ayrıca 80ler 90lar partisi, köpük partisi vb her ortamda seçilen müzikler gerçekten çok vizyonsuz. Zaten %70 Rusça %25 dans ve %5 Türkçe çalıyorlar.İngilizce club ve disco parçalarının çok acil bugünü yakalaması gerekli. Ayrıca Tarkan'ın Şımarık'ı dışında binlerce yeni ve eski güzel pop şarkısı ve şarkıcımız lütfen bunu hatırlayalım. *Son olarak otel yönetiminin profesyonelliği

For this type of vacation (many children, screams and everything that makes a hotel child friendly), the hotel staff put a lot of effort into doing it right. If there's one thing that can be criticized about the hotel, it's the huge amount of food :) because of which, it seems to me, people become very arrogant in relation to food.

The atmosphere is really positive and fun. Animation is great and interesting, animators are friendly and really nice, they make you feel like part of the family. It is really fun to participate in all the activities, which are all day long. All the staff is very welcoming and they will help you with your every desire. A lot of different varieties with food, which is really good and enjoyable. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is perfect for families with kids. A lot of entertainment was prepared for kids instead we were there out od season. The service was kind and helpful. Room was clean and everyday prepared. Very good mark for big choice od food. Everybody will find something for himself.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days with my husband and 10year old child. The hotel and its grounds are very nice, well maintained garden full of trees, bushes, flowers. Rooms are situated in garden bungalows. Rooms were very small, outdated but clean. Very small balcony. Beds and pillows comfortalble. Rooms were cleaned daily, minibar filled also every day. Safe, fridge, wifi was working OK in our room. AC was working but leaking a bit. The food was average, repetitive. The restaurant was full but we had no problem to find a table. It was cantine like and self service even with drinks. The waiting staff was OK but they did not clean the tables properly and on time. During the day there are some options where to eat - main restaurant, snack bar, grill...There was icecream nonstop. Drinks were good. No problem to get drinks any day or night time. Bottled water was available in many fridges any time. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks were good, we used bar at relax pool, very nice guys there. The pools were nice and clean, with warm water. Water slides fine, working certain times during the day. We usually reserved sunbeds around 8:30 - 9 am by the pool, no problem to find any sunbeds free there or at the beach. The beach towels can be exchanged as you wish. The beach was nice and clean, sea amazing. There were some water attractions to climb on in the sea. Animation team was OK. Really many activities during the day and show or live music at night. Free wifi working everywhere. Overall the stay at Emelda Sun Club was OK, nice but not perfect, not luxury at all. If you get a good price it is worth it otherwise it needs updating, especially rooms.

A few days ago, my family and I returned from the Emelda Sun Hotel. Our arrival was at night. We were accommodated immediately. After entering the room I wanted to cry. The room was very old, non-functioning fridge, non-functioning safe, the door to the balcony could not be locked - which is very disturbing. The room was cleaned only twice in 7 days. The employees give a very sad uncommunicative impression. The whole hotel looks old, dirty chairs, dirty tablecloths in the dining room. Very little seafood selection, bad fish full of bones. Simit was not fresh, but taken out of the freezer. I wish the hotel to solve all these shortcomings soon. The hotel has great potential. The hotel has a beautiful garden, a beautiful beach (I really appreciate the entrance to the sea from the ramp, I saw this for the first time in Turkey), an amazing animation team. Beer garden, snacks during the day, coffee, playroom for children, ice cream, drinks at the bar, desserts, everything was perfect.

Extremely unprofessional mangers and the GM- the stores you shops in the resort charges you outrageous amounts of money for things that are normally so cheap there but if you are not Turkish they ask really high price I get it it is high to buy things in places like that but not 5-6 times over the actual price just because you pay in dollars- the thing is my wife is Turkish they tried many times that with me but could not do exceed it - when I brought it up to GM he said so what don’t buy it if you think this is not normal - how could a GM talks their guests like that it was shocking to hear this rather than apology for the situation. The guest services lady wasn’t helpful nor professional- we had many issues it these are the top ones.
