The Sunny G B&B

Received a warm welcome and host was knowledgeable about the area. When going to bed there was a king size bed that was comfortable then there were two twin beds. One was okay and the other was old with the springs popping out so you could not even sit on it much less sleep. Coffee and black tea available at all times, would have like no caffeine tea (herbal) and hot chocolate packages. Breakfast was good.

We had a lovely stay here! The owners were kind and hospitable. We stayed in room 4 with a great attached bathroom and a comfortable bed. Very nice common accommodations. I highly recommend staying here.

Troy and Christina are friendly and welcoming hosts. The house was cozy and warm. Bed was very comfortable. We had several options for breakfast, and the ones we chose were delicious. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

It is a beautiful traditional B&B, very cozy, terrific deal for the price, delicious breakfast. I intend to return!

Small and nice bed and breakfast, convenient location on the way to Waterville Valley

This is the best place for a relaxing getaway with friends. It reminded me of a Hallmark movie. We loved it!

The host was there to meet us but didn't show us to our room. On the website, the home looks like it's on a quiet spot but it sits on a junction of a road that is busy during the day and there is no private outdoor sitting space. There was no heating in the room and we ending up bringing a heater from the hallway in to use as there was none around to ask about the central heating. The central heating came on in the morning - an old system that was noisy and woke us. We were not introduced to the kitchen facilities and there wasn't even a drinking glass in the room. It felt awkward going into the shared kitchen to get cups especially with the notice up on the fridge that it wasn't for genetal use. Bed was comfy and all breakfast options were all cooked; they were fresh and tasty. However, last sitting was 8am which is too early for being on holiday. We certainly wouldn't have booked if we'd known this. Overall was a ok, basic B&B close to the I-93, not a holiday retreat which it looked like from the website. We were disappointed.

Though we were only staying for one night, we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and wonderfulness of this antique farmhouse. The hosts, Christina and Troy, were very welcoming. We enjoyed some of the local eateries and highly recommend the Dam brewery. We left for our hike , completely satisfied with a delicious homemade breakfast. We will be coming back!
