The exteriors of this wonderful house are prepared to offer you the peace and quiet you deserve. On the ground floor terrace you will find a dining area where you can enjoy tasty meals with your companions. On the top floor there is also another terrace. Being in a residential area, privacy is partial as the property has direct neighbours.
The house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and AC, open to the gas kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is also a bedroom with double bed and AC. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. As you go upstairs you will see 3 more bedrooms equipped with AC. Two of them have a double bed and have direct access to a small balcony. The third bedroom has a single bed and a study or work area. A bathroom with bathtub is at your disposal on the same floor. On the third floor there is another terrace with a view of the mountains and if the day is clear you can also see the sea. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
Sa Ràpita is a perfect place for whom are looking to disconnect at a peacefull area. Is well known due to the gorgeous sandy crystalized water beaches, like Es Trenc, a natural protected paradise. A this beach you will find some bars just at the seaside, where sometimes people play live music and makes it an authentic majorcan summer afternoon experience. At the village, there are services like a grocery store, some coffee shops and typical restaurants. Visit Colonia de Sant Jordi village, a typical fishing area where having a tasty dinner with a majorcan wine will be a pleasure. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. This wonderful private countryside house, disposes of an 11.5m x 6m and a depth ranging that goes from 0.80m to 1.70m salt swimming pool, surrounded by a grass area, ideal to sunbathe and relax at one of the hammocks, and an external shower. Beside the swimming pool, there is a fantastic porch with a kitchen with an electric pan and a gas stove, where you can prepare delicious meals. The house is fenced and there are not direct neighbors.
The big and spacious Mediterranean style house is divided in two floors. At the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with a satellite TV and a dining room with a big table for 10 guests. There is an equipped gas kitchen, and another table where you can enjoy some appetizers. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a way out, and another one with two single beds, plus two bathrooms with bath or shower, and a toilet as well.
At the first floor, there is another living room, and three bedrooms. One of them disposes of a double bed, and the rest two single beds each, one with a way out to a big terrace. All of them dispose of wardrobes. Also you will find two more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a hot tub. if you travel with babies, we will provide you two cots and two high chairs under request. There are also 4 fans and a washing room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.
The house is located only 6km to Campos, a very well known area due to the wide touristic, gastronomic and cultural range, where you will find a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Near by, Colonia de Sant Jordi village, is ideal to have a nice fresh seafood or fish dinner while enjoying a good Majorcan wine. If you like trips, you cant miss visiting the protected Cabrera island, where there is only local fauna and flora.
Dont forget to visit the wide idyllic Es Trenc beach or Cala Pi. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 5 cars.

The private chlorine pool blends perfectly into the rustic and authentic exterior. It is elevated and has a depth of 1.6 metres and a size of 6.50 x 4 metres. After a refreshing swim, you can shower in the outdoor shower and wash the chlorine off your skin. Several terraces invite you to barbecue or enjoy the Mallorcan sun on four sun loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours, so you can enjoy maximum privacy.
The interior design combines an authentic, rural atmosphere with modern materials and finishes. The living- and dining room shows wooden beams and natural stone walls, while it counts with air conditioning and television, as well as a fire place for the colder days, to enjoy a good book or a relaxing nap on the sofa. The kitchen is typical Mallorcan construction, but performed in modern material. It counts with a gas stove top, an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal for your family. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, we find three comfortable bedrooms with a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, and one has access to the garden, and enough space to put up an extra (folding) bed. There is an extra bathroom with a shower. The house is situated nearby the most famous beach of Mallorca: Es Trenc, considered a protected area, with fine, white sand, crystalline water and untouched dunes. You will surely enjoy visiting Colonia Sant Jordi, where you can rent bikes, walk along the coast or take a boat trip to the Natural Park of the island of Cabrera.

The exteriors of this villa are unbeatable. The private chlorine pool is really spectacular because of its 20 x 10 m and its depth of 0.5 to 3 m. In its surroundings, there is a terrace with 11 sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The porch is ideal to get relaxed after having a great swim. It also has various tables and chairs to have a drink or taste a delicious barbecue prepared in the open air. The plot is fenced and the privacy is total.
The house is spread over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with satellite TV, a CD player and a DVD player. From there, you access the dining room and then the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob. Right next to it is the laundry area, where you will find 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, an iron and an ironing board. On this floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms with bathtubs. A second sitting room is located next to the staircase leading to the first floor. Here, there are 3 more bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub. On the top floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two single beds, and another with two single beds and a trundle bed. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs available. The main living room, the dining room and 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The country house is located at only 4.7 km from Campos village where you will find all the necessary services such as supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc. Every thursday there is a fresh fruits and vegetables market and on Saturdays there is a market with all sorts of products in the streets of the center. The nearest beach is Es Trenc, at 13.5 km, one of the best ones of Mallorca due to its white sand and crystal-clear waters.
Please note that check-in must be carried out between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Arrivals after this time are subject to a surcharge of 50 euros, which must be paid at the accommodation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 8 cars.
