Everything was GREAT w/ the only exception being the connections to the room tv..... seems to be a bit outdated. It all worked but not able to stream was a little disappointing.

Hotel was great! Everything was clean and comfy. Staff was great. My only complaint is the very strong scent of lemon cleaner/air freshener in our room.

Difficult to get to due to all the u turns you have to make. No easy access to fast food, again do to traffic issues and u turns. Hotel breakfast is expensive. I feel as though they take advantage of it being so hard to go elsewhere for food. The restaurant is even called the UTurn. Clean enough....strong chlorine smell on 5th floor but no indoor pool. It was fine for one night

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn. It was easily accessible from I-10. We stayed in 305 and the AC/heat worked great! The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast coupons are also worth it! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure. They are also pet friendly which is nice if you are traveling with your fur babies!

Last minute stay. Easy and fast check in at front desk, no BS. Ended up with a handicapped room that I didn’t want but I was just trying to sleep. Wish I’d have been staying longer because the place looked pretty good. Breakfast looked good too but all I do is fruit so it was grab and go for me. Probably deserved 5 stars but the handicapped room and my rush in and out didn’t give me a good look.
