Premier Inn Camborne

I had a great 5 days stay for work,and after a days work I come back to a clean and fresh room the reception was friendly and welcoming especially Jenny Jess and Elizebeth these three ladies had a big smile and offered so much for my well being and made me feel like I was the only guest in the hotel they are a lovely change to the usual (robots) I meet in other hotels they are a credit to Premier Inns thank you ladies

The hotel is as expected. Clean, good beds, convenient for St Ives Hayle. The premier plus room I had did not have a walk in shower as expected. The room was very quiet despite facing the A30 road. The check in staff were very welcoming and helpful. especially Elizabeth and Caroline who met with my requests cheerfully and very quickly. The only grouch I have with is being called "mate" in the restaurant.

Initially booked for 5 nights extended to 9 & then our whole 2 week holiday. Our premier plus room was quiet & comfortable. Staff all very friendly & willing to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Jess & Lissie on reception were particularly helpful in extending our stays & allocating our room of choice. They were a breath of fresh air after a tiring day. Always brought a smile to our faces.😁

Great for solo travellers and super location close to main A30. Lizzie, Jess and Caroline on Reception gave a warm welcome and great, helpful service throughout my holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. My room was clean and quiet with a comfortable double bed.

Dream team staff are amazing, really welcoming, I was running late for dinner so they went and booked me a table whilst I got myself sorted. Jess and Lizzie really are great and made a he stay feel amazing. The room was clean and as expected, would come again for sure

Currently stopping in this establishment and usually would never write a review until leaving . However I just had to mention how the reception staff that surely deserve naming have gone out of their way to continually make my stay as pleasant as possible. Like giving me a room far from any noise although I haven't heard anything as yet. Also supplying me with an iron and ironing board upon request. Soo to name a few this is for the well mannered staff that just has a can do attitude great work ethics and went about their jobs in such a professional manner. Thankyou soo much : Elizabeth Jess Steve. I do hope your employer realises how valuable staff like you all are !!👏👏👏

What an amazing check in, Jess and Lizzie greated me with a massive smile and was so helpful and nothing seemed to much for them. Top class receptionist. Room was satisfactory would stay again.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Lovely and friendly staff had good banter and a quite and peaceful location would definitely recommend for a holiday visit 😊 jess Liz and Steve are amazing great customer services would 100% recommend for an amazing holiday and an amazing restaurant

the check in was painless, staff helped us to the room as my husband is disabled, the room vey nice with air conditioning easy baccess bathroom and fridge for his medication
