was booked in room 202. the TV was on the table so if you wanted to watch the tv from your bed you have to turn on your side to watch the tv. why not mount it in the wall

We stayed for a total of 5 nights visiting family. The hotel is quiet and staff were very polite and helpful. Free parking on site is a big plus although you have to be extremely careful when driving up or down the circular car park ramp because of a very badly designed/positioned speed ramp between the ground floor and first level. Generally cleanliness could be improved, especially when it comes to the bathroom.

Ignore the photographs on the Travelodge website, and head for the KFC sign. When you turn off the A30 to enter the KFC drive-thru, the Travelodge car park entrance is on your left and the hotel entrance is on your right.

There was a huge rip in our bed linen from one side to the other, cleaner tried to hide it by laying it face down but once you got into bed we discovered it as our feet kept getting tangled in the Rio. Linen wasn’t changed not changed during our 2 night stay. Given a room facing the main road which was noisy. Felt exposed as no blinds up at the window and it was facing a traffic light junction so people in the cars could literally see into our bedroom. Curtains wouldn’t fully close so we had to use a hair clip to keep them shut. Shower lacked pressure.

There was a tapping noise all night and despite turning the heating down constantly it didn't get any cooler. Infact when we came back from our day out the heating had been put back up!!! We didn't stay the second night due to this. No refund or compensation was offered.

It was a great pleasure to visit this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and straight forward. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The interior was kept in a nice blue colour. Everything was a pleasure. Very good.

Really helpful sorting out an extra person at the last minute and good location for Sandhurst. Would stay again.
