房間很好，就是晚上有歌舞表演有點吵。但是各方面都方便，樓下有購物中心。很多吃的。商店，百貨，不遠處還有超市。房間裏沒有飲用瓶裝水。

Pessima! Atendimento para resolver o problema na privada, saia água por baixo, e o chuveiro, ou era muito quente outra muito frio. Tomar um bom banho não foi possível.
O problema foi relatado na recepção do hotel no dia 13/02 de manhã mas não fizeram nada e nem me mudaram de quarto!
Nesse não volto mais!

If you are looking to get your room key replaced daily and have no hot water, then this is the hotel for you. We stayed at this hotel for a week and had no follow up when inquired multiple times about the hot water and room keys. Hotel manager never took the time to talk to us even when asked to speak with anyone of management. Terrible service. Cleaning ladies were great.

Overall, the hotel is great. The only problems I had were upon check in and check out. There was only one person at the reception upon check in and it took a long time. Same situation with the check out. Only one person and she was not friendly at all. Check out took a long time also. Very frustrating!!

Excellent: The staff is what makes your stay. Friendly and dedicated, they make you feel like a VIP. They all went out of their way to be kind to my 90 year-old mom. The food at the Zarzuela restaurant is really good and being able to walk in the mall is a plus.
Not so good: Upon arrival we were not given the type of room (shower because of accessibility) requested. The room had a lot of negatives that come with age and housekeeping issues: we had to ask for a sofa as there wasn't one in the room. The lock in the bathroom was broken and did not close. There were no directory cards to know the extensions for calling service areas of the hotel, and the do not disturb sign was nowhere to be found. While we chose not to call, or change rooms because of these problems, it points to a lack of training in housekeeping and maintenance.

The staff were courteous and friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was great - being connected to 2 malls was greatly convenient! My only complaint was that there was work being done in the room next door but I wasn’t told about it so it was a bit jarring the first morning. When I told the front desk, they apologized and adjusted it to later in the day. Overall, a great hotel.
