Room quite big, comfy bed. Forniture and stile very old fashion, or just old. Basic breakfast. Nice position in down town. Nice people at the reception

I have stayed at many hotels in Calgary but this is my go to unless my work books us. The staff here are great and service in general is awesome. I like the selection of ppv movies including one's still in theaters. The restaurant and lounge are nice as is the free airport shuttle. The best rooms are the king bed rooms on the 5th floor.

The plane was canceled and I found this hotel. The room is clean and tidy, and the service is friendly. However, if you want to stay here, you need to bring your own toothbrush and slippers. The hotel does not provide it. The distance from the hotel to Calgary International Airport is about 32 dollars by uber. It is not very close. This The distance shows five kilometers. I think it is more than that. It takes about 10 to 18 minutes to drive. This information is for your reference! By the way, there is no pick-up and drop-off machine, so you have to trade taxis yourself

The hotel room is too small, the room has been recently renovated, the bed is very comfortable, because the elevator is renovated, the original elevator is old, so the upper and lower floors are relatively slow, understandable. Downstairs, you can take the red line and the blue line. The downtown section is free. This is a good idea to learn. You can reduce the number of private cars and taxis in the city center (no taxis are seen). There is an underground car park, approximately $15 per night.

Breakfast is simple, such as milk bread, fruit and other Western food. It is relatively simple, but it is okay. It is very convenient to shop here. There are large shopping supermarkets and Cross Iron Mill Ole Mall. It is also convenient to eat.

First of all location is decent, it is near Sunridge mall, with restaurants close by. Stayed here for 2 nights. First impression is everything. First thing we noticed was building didn’t look like it’s in good shape, and dented trash can in the lobby. Behind the front desk were un friendly staffs during the entire stay. In fact their impression did not even look like they were staffs. They would tell you the bare minimum at check in. At check out a robot could of done a better job. 2nd day at 9am we asked for more towels, as they only provided towels for 2, even though we had 4 guests. Without asking for our room number was told housekeeping would make their rounds. However we received an email prior to check in there’s no daily housekeeping. If we require towels to request by 10am the day of. Which we did, but was told we are incorrect. So who’s telling the truth? Or again is front desk staff being lazy? Also don’t bother with the Marriott app, the staffs at this place does not check the messages. They do have a fitness centre, pool, whirlpool on site. We did see several dead bugs in the pool, so pretend it’s an “outdoor” pool. Only had 1 pool towel left for the 4 of us, again called front desk, apparently the “nice” gentleman says its not their responsibility to stock pool towels. What is this hotel and their towels? Another nice amenities is they do have, coin operated washer/dryer located in the parkade level. I’m glad we didn’t have to use it. Imagine asking the front desk for change? They will probably blame their guests for not carrying change in a society where’s it’s mostly cashless. The room is clean. They did place a bottle of water in the room which is a nice touch by the hotel. House Keeping staffs were very friendly. Good job housekeeping crew! However I can’t tell if the room we were in are renovated or not. Some of the furniture looks updated but some weren’t, the mattress was uncomfortable. The bathroom is clean, sink is updated, however the Bath tub and towel looks old. The black out blinds are good. Bottomline housekeeping did a wonderful job, however designer did a horrible job. One elevator was not working during our entire stay, so only one elevator to serve the entire hotel. Again NEVER mentioned at time of check in. If we didn’t have toddlers and stayed on the 6th floor, would of been faster to take the stairs. Breakfast was included in our rate, for guests who’s rate does not include breakfast, It does cost $15.99 per person Buffet style. I wouldn’t recommend paying for it, as the spread was horrible. Also day of check out, we saw dead bugs on the fruit tray. Upon brining it to their attention they brushed it off at first, eventually replace it with a new plate.but bad for guests who’s looking for that extra protein. This location is so perfect if you want to walk around the streets of Calgary. My room was a standard King it was the best experience I’ve ever had. They just had a moment of tech issues when it comes to claiming my breakfast voucher, but aside from that, the staff were so nice, they kept the room clean, the amenities were so worth it.

We had the most amazing stay in late July. We booked a stay as our first stay before our birthday trip to Banff to explore Calgary. We used points the redeem for a night. Upon some email exchanges prior to the stay, I was given the option to pay to upgrade to club level which offers lounge access with breakfast and evening refreshments. Pam Doulson and Ava at the front desk are very sweet and kind. After learning it is for a birthday celebration, they kindly sent up a surprise birthday treat along with a nice upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite which is perfect for our party with 3 adults and 1 kid. The room is spotless and roomy with 2 washrooms and 3 tvs. Instead of exploring the city, we ended up just enjoying the hotel and spending time at the pool with the most amazing water slide according to the kids! The quality of the breakfast is fantastic and the club has a beautiful patio for pictures and relaxation. In conclusion, it is the best stay we had in recent years. So good that we are coming back again before leaving Calgary. Thank you Pam and Ava for making the stay so special and enjoyable for our 3 generations. We have stayed in higher end hotel like Shangrila/Fairmont in recent years but I would say I got the most responsive and friendly service here. I’d rather stay here than there. P.S. - the only think you should watch out for (if u have kids) is the glass door… my son was so excited that he ran into the glass and had a bump on his forehead…. I guess it shows how spotlessly clean the hotel is! 🤣

Quick overnight stay on transit with travelling and flights delayed. Great hotel and customer service. Good shuttle pick up. Very clean rooms and well maintained hotel. Recommend it. Friendly front desk. Would stay here again. Breakfast is included.

This new hotel is located just a short distance west of the Calgary Airport. It is very fresh and clean. Rooms are not large but are very comfortable and the design and appointments are terrific. Believe every room has a full kitchen including a stove top and dishwasher. Utensils and dishes were more than adequate. Only pots and pans were a bit sparce. There is a coffee bar but no toaster. Had a great sleep each of the 2 nights we stayed. The heat/ac unit worked very well and best of all, it was quiet. And the window can be opened a bit. We did not use the restaurant but there is a breakfast buffet for $10.50/person and a full-service restaurant. The hotel has fitness centre, pool and free shuttle service to and from the airport. Only negative is we found that lighting for the bathroom mirror, even with the separate light that goes all around the edge of the mirror on, could be better. Value for money spent was very good. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
