Las habitaciones no son como muestran las fotos cuando las seleccionas. Tampoco hacen caso de las peticiones. Caro por lo que es.

Found this hotel after a disappointing experience at another hotel. All staff were pleasant friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable and had a view over gardens to the sea. breakfast was good, and walk into town pleasant. Good value for money, will return.

Very welcoming front desk agents. Thank you Albert for your attention. Evening dinner was excellent . Thank you to the gifted chef and all the F&B staff.

Miserable and abrupt reception lady on checkout, dirty room. Windowsills, skirtings and air con vents were dirty. There was hair in the shower - from prior guests?

Our family stayed at the Hotel Alga in July 2023. The hotel was booked for us by another member of our party. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It is in a great location that is in easy walking distance to multiple beach areas, shopping and restaurants. They also have a really nice pool area that the kids enjoyed daily. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it's always lovely to return. Our daughter was 15 months when we first came and she is now 26. We love the hotel and the fact that we have the best of both worlds with the gardens and the pool, yet are so close to the beautiful little coves too. We loved swimming in the sea and the pool and did so daily. The proximity to the centre of Calella de Palafruguel is perfect too with great restaurants and walks along the wonderful coastline.

The Agla hotel is a very nice hotel at a very good location. The old town and port are easy reachable by foot and also lots of restaurants and shops are nearby. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and the room was very clean as well. Twice a week there is a free yoga morning class in the hotel right by the pool. Our instructor prepared a great class, explained everything well and was very nice in general. We all felt very relaxed but also ready and energized for the day. The hotel also offered a free greek dance lesson. The instructor was very nice and prepared a fun class. She explained some interesting background of the dances and then we learned to dance some of the different dances. She explained it very well and it was very fun to dance together. The Agla hotel was a great choice and we would choose it again.

This second time in May last this Hotel it truly was horrible! The first time in September 2021 was good. The difference. May 2022: Our first room, the bathroom was dirty and the Safety box we could not open anymore. We moved to another room with a Balcony looking at a white wall and on the parking place for the Staff. The breakfast was as always alright. When having lunch or dinner, a lot of times our Wine glasses on the rim were dirty. One time we got a beer glass with the rim an inch long broken. Also the quality of the food in the restaurant was miserable: RAW chicken, no anchovy in the anchovy salad. The Staff overall was friendly and working hard, one could see so. Only the last day when we went to the reception to talk about the controversial invoice Mrs. Trini Saura did not wanted to listen and did not let me speak at all, how awful to treat your Customers that way. In contrary, September 2021: We were first called by Andrea Garcia. If we cancel our holiday with *********** and make a reservation through the website of the Hotel we would get an upgrade for free which we did. The room at that time was superb. The breakfast was alright and when having lunch or dinner we often get a lot, and the quality was véry good. The Staff was friendly and even brought our Coffee to the swimming pool! Certainly no reason to recommend this Hotel and to go there another time, what a pity.

One time we got a beer glass with the rim an inch long broken Also the quality of the restaurant in contrary to last year was miserable, - the Iberico ham was mostly Fat and stringly - the Oxtail which was in the middle of a mashed Potato with a sauce of Truffle was still frozen - Chicken sticks with curry mayonnaise, one of the chicken sticks was RAW… AND YES, we did tell the waiter. His answer was if we would like to have an other plate with chicken sticks.... how could he ask? - Anchovies salad without the Anchovies which we received later on after our complain on a side dish In contrary, September 2021: The breakfast was alright and when having lunch or dinner we often get a lot, - The Iberico ham was good with a nice taste - no remarks on the tableware - no remarks on the Drinks May 2022: The Staff overall was friendly and working hard, one could see so. Only the last day when we went to the reception to talk about the controversial invoice Mrs. Trini Saura did not wanted to listen and did not let me speak at all, how awful to treat your Customers that way.
