Lillywoods Zac Beach Resort, Calangute

If you're considering booking with this hotel, I would caution you to be extremely cautious and ensure that you have clear communication with the hotel regarding any changes or issues with your booking. Additionally, be prepared for potential issues with payment processing and lack of transparency. Pros: None Cons: Unauthorized payment deduction Lack of communication and transparency Poor customer service I hope that the hotel takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their customer service. Until then, I would not recommend booking with this hotel.

Very bad decision…uncomfortable room sizes and unhygienic toilets….entrance is improper….no four wheeler working …unprofessional staff…

The resort is decent with good menu on the breakfast. Lunch and dinner menu are steeply priced. The staffs are nice and courteous, very helpful. The resort faces the beach so the car can only come upto a certain distance post which one has to walk for say 2-3 mins. It gets difficult for elderly folks with luggage. The only issue that we faced was the constant disruption of electricity over night which was shutting down the air-conditioner.

Not at all a good stay there was power issue in the hotel ac was turning on off. Area is very lonely at and not safe for women. Washroom was also not clean washroom windows were also broken

We had paid in full (superior room with balcony king size bed with breakfast) prior to arriving at Lillywoods Zac Resort as it was a last minute booking. The hotel only has beach access which is difficult with suitcases. We arrived early around 11:30am and had to sign a contract to pay for damages at check in. This was a comprehensive list of how much every item would be billed for including damage to fridge (£100) and bedding etc. We were then told that the room wasn’t ready but they would try to get the room ready and if possible before check in time which was at 1pm. Whilst waiting we ordered some drinks at the bar which we paid for them but the bar tender did not have the correct change and said he would pay us later, which he never did. Looking around the hotel and pictures on ******* the cabanas on the beach were no longer there (one of the reasons we booked the hotel) instead they had been moved onto the roof terrace. Beach entrance was littered and run down. Around 1pm we were taken to our room. Due to contract we were made to sign we checked everything and noticed torn bedding and fridge was not turned on / not working. We complained and were moved to a room on the first floor (no lift) and again had to wait for the room to be cleaned. On day 2 after breakfast the bar *** told us that breakfast was not included in our stay. We checked with reception and showed the reservation document which showed payment and they then agreed it was included. Advice-book with caution

Location is ultimate, rooms are very clean but very small. Hotel staff is not very friendly but polite. They don't believe much in customer relationship, hospitality. Restaurant food is good, breakfast only veg options available and very limited, hardly one item you may find good in breakfast menu. But overall this hotel is very good considering prime location just on the beach. They have their own cab service too which is very nice. Bathroom is very clean, but you may struggle a lot to get hot shower, but anyways in goa why to worry about hot shower. Better bring your own shampu pouches and soap.

Excellent beach resort lillywood calangute Beach facing cool see breeze awesome. Staff food hospitality rooms service excellent best in north Goa . Must visit hotel. Captain kumar bar tender is excellent human being a gem 💎 Food is excellent Suraj chef is awesome the food cooked by him is super delicious 😋

This is not worth that much and everything depends on only money for ex late check out rs 300 extra if we request also no use. Very late service don't think it's near the beach side, there are so many there inside city near beach so i recommend you people don't book this resort.
